Chapter 3 Part 1: I Was Dead

(This is going to be a Vicky x Leo chapter. This is going to be a muli chapters so cha.)

Vicky's Pov

I was in my cabin with Nico. It was 30 minutes before dinner and Chiron had told me to go to The Big House before dinner started. "See you at dinner Nico" I called to him before I walked out the door and heading off

As I passed the Hephaestus cabin, Leo walked out. I didn't notice him right then because I had headphones in and was listening to Bad Girls Club on my IPod that Leo had made me,

 'Follows me on Twitter asking if I miss her #Setmefree, She googles my name, just to keep some tabs on me, She's not your average lady she is Fu-' 

I was cut off by Leo tapping my shoulder. "Hey Vic!" He said happily "Oh my Gods, you look horrible". He wasn't wrong, I didn't sleep very good the past week, I hadn't brushed my hair, I was wearing a hoodie and sweatpants.

"Yea, I know" I sighed. We left the conversation at that and I kept walking to The Big House. I had picked up that Leo was following me "You too?" He said nervously laughing "Yep, Chiron told me to come here before dinner" I said grabbing the door handle and twisting it "Same" Leo replied before we walked in.

When we walked in the first thing that I saw was Chiron and Mr. D. "Hey Chiron" I said sitting down and taking off my headphones.

 Leo on the other hand was extremely nervous, He greeted Them. I was about to say something before Mr. D said "Calm down child, It's just a Quest" He sipped a Diet Coke. "You weren't supposed to say anything" Chiron said quietly but loud enough for Leo and I to hear.

 "Can I get a Dr. Pepper?" I asked Mr. D "A- a quest?" Leo asked as I opened my drink. "Yea a Quest Hammer Head" I said laughed and took a sip "Umm yes, a quest, you two will be going on a it with Ari" (Ari is one of my characters, she is a child of Iris). "Aww I love Ari!" I said, well, yelled actually "Who is Ari?" Leo asked "Child of Iris" Chiron replied "Oh you mean on of your Half-Siblings?" Leo asked me "Not really Half-Sibling, Blessed Sibling?" I was blessed by Iris since I had started sleeping in the Iris cabin when Nico wasn't here, which was a lot. 

"We will discuss more when Ari gets here" Chiron said.

We all sat in The Big House for awhile, it was kinda awkward until I broke the silence and said "I'll be back in a sec" I said walking to the bathrooms. I heard Leo say "Me too". 

I picked up my pace, I was almost to the girls bathroom when Leo grabbed my wrist, pulled me close to him and said "I know you want to kiss me" I laughed at his cheeseyness then kissed him (A/N Leo and Vicky are dating in this fanfic, Other wise she is single) We sat there until we heard a voice say "I know what your doing Vicky!" It was Nico.

 Leo jumped and pulled me behind him "Oh, It's just you" He said "Yes and I want to talk to my sister" Nico said grabbing my arm. I laughed as Nico pulled me away from the Son of Hephaestus. 

Nico pulled me around the corner "Vicky" He began "I heard about the quest and where you're going" He pulled me into a tight hug, I heard him crying "I- is Ari here?" 

I was stuttering in fear, Nico never really cried. "Yes" He replied. He let me go, I told Leo Ari was here then we walked back to the main room.

 When Ari saw me ran up to me and hugged me - I hugged back. We all sat down waiting for Chiron to tell us what the quest was, I was still shaking in fear.

 "So, this quest" Chiron began but was interrupted by Ari slurping a rainbow colored Icee "I want some" I said to Her - she gave me a sip. "As I was saying" Chiron started "The quest, It's not for the light hearted" Ari's eyes got glossy "It's in across The Death Wall" (A/N It's a thing I made up) 

"The Death Wall?" Leo questioned "You can only cross it if you've died" I said quietly "That mean only you can cross it, Vicky" Mr. D said. Now I know why Nico was crying. "You guys leave first thing tomorrow morning" Chiron said. 

"Rachel's prophecy was very clear that it was you three, 'The one that drinks the beers, shall shred the tears, it's Vicky, Only the bestest for Leo,  Son of Hephaestus, Ari Mic Mari is the third one'

(A/N round of applause for the best prophecy ever!! I'm choking on my own sarcasm)

Leo, Ari, and I left The Big House and started walking to the dining pavilion. We didn't talk about it at dinner.

 When we got our food I burned the best of my Lamb, Potato, and Salad "For Hades and Iris" I said to myself. I sat with Nico at the Hades table.

 After Nico and I finished our food we walked back to the Our cabin. 

I laid down on my bed "I don't want you to get hurt" Nico said to me, He laid next to me "I won't" I began "It's just The dea-"

 Leo walked into the cabin without knocking. I sat up and he wrapped his arms around me. "Ari is in my cabin, were talking about this", I knew what he was talking about. 

 "You should come with me" He said. I looked over to Nico with a 'Should I?' Look. He shook his head yes. 

I walked with Leo to the Hephaestus cabin.

 When we walked in Ari immediately pulled us into a hug "I can't believe this is happening" Ari said, tears streaming down her face. Ari was like Unikitty, She was happy, sweet, cudley. But you make he mad and she turns into the hulk

"We should go to sleep" Leo suggested. With that, Ari went to her cabin, and I stayed with Leo.

 I was laying in the comfort of his arms when he said "It will be ok Vick, Just go to sleep" (Jeff the killer!1!!1... No? Just me? Ok.) I fell asleep in his arms knowing that tomorrow morning I would be saying goodbye to Nico and leaving camp on the way to my worst fear.
