It may have been the morning of mornings for Jane. That Tuesday she Wakes up to the cheerful chatters of birds and the beautiful sunlight rays penetrating the white curtains by the window. She gets out of bed and stands at the window breathing in the fresh morning air.
Jane is a hardworking and determined girl.This is an attribute passed on from her late mother to her.Who doesn't know like mother like daughter. She lives with her sister,Maureen and a drunkard who apparently is her father. His name is Michael nicknamed 'Miky' by his ,good neighbour,Andrew who is a priest.
Ever since Mrs.Monicah passed away three months ago,life has not been the same in that house;some people in their neighbourhood believe that it is haunted since the family which had lived their before suffered a lot.The husband committed suicide while the wife and her children vanished,never to be seen.
Nobody in Jane's family believe so except Maureen who thinks their father is an alcoholic because their house is haunted. Jane has tried to shrugg of this thought from her sister's mind but it has not been possible.Maybe one day Maureen will forget that horrible thought,that is only if the family becomes happy again.
