Loki x reader x Thor -brotherly competition

The little lie

It was the day after you had requested a 'lazy day' at Stark Tower. You had gotten the idea after seeing how stressed out Bruce was yesterday,he had to get some sort of experiment done for Fury and Tony had accidentally made The Other Guy come out which completely destroyed what he had done so he had to start over completely. You kinda felt bad for him so you told everyone that the next day was going to be there 'lazy day' which basically meant that everyone was able to sleep in today,lounge around in there pj's all day and do absolutely nothing. Today was going to be great,you didn't normally sleep in so you were just sitting on the couch,in your pj's with a cup of coffee. You were the only one awake and you expected it to be like that for a long time. You turned on the tv and began to flip through the channels.

Half way through the movie you were watching called 'spirit',Thor and Loki came in....shirtless with baggy sweatpants on. Your face turned crimson red at seeing them "I..uh..I thought I said to w-wear your pajamas" they both looked down at what they were wearing "but,lady (Y/N),we are" Thor began "this is what we usually sleep in and you said to wear our night attire,did you not?" Loki finished for him. You blushed a little more-as if that was possible-and nodded "I did" you said "then I think we are obligated to wear this" Loki said. Both brothers took a seat on each side of you and you giggled a little,looking at Thor's well defined arms "they are quite big,aren't they?" He said,flexing them a little. You giggles "yeah,they are. A lot bigger than Loki's" you teased turning to look at Loki. Loki scowled a little before gently putting his thumb under you chin and lifting your head up a bit "would you like to know what I have that's bigger than Thor's?" He asked with a smirk. You blushed a little,understanding that reference. You were the cousin of Tony Stark after all. You cleared your throat awkwardly and turned your attention back to the tv but you could practically hear the dirty stares that Thor and Loki we're giving each other. You nervously sipped on your coffee until it was all gone,that meant you had to get up and go get some more. You stood up and the brothers stopped glaring daggers at each other to look at you "I'm just gonna go get some more coffee" you said pointing to the kitchen. They nodded and you walked off. You poured the coffee and started to walk back into the sitting room but stopped when you heard whispering "brother,you need to stop this. (Y/N) is attracted to me! So stop with what is known as 'flirting'!" You heard Thor whisper "you do not tell me what to do,brother! Lady (Y/N) is most definitely attracted to myself,did you see how she blushed when i made that remark? So stop with the being jealous!"

"Any woman would redden at that remark!"

"Well (Y/N) is not just any woman!"

You would have continued listening to there bickering but someone tapped you on the shoulder. You quickly turned around only to be met with Tony's usual smirking face "eavesdropping are we?" He asked. You gripped his shoulders and shook him "tony you have to help me!!!" You whispered fiercely. He slowly removed your hands from his shoulder,looking a bit freaked out "okay,what's the problem?" You peaked into the sitting room where thor and Loki were still bickering "both Thor and Loki like me and I don't know what to do!" You whined. Tony took a few steps back with a smirk "well in that case I should leave you guys alone" and before you could stop him,he ran out of the kitchen. You cursed under your breath before walking back into the sitting room. The brothers stopped arguing and looked at you "that was a rather long time to get a cup of coffee,don't you think (Y/N)?" Loki asked,raising an eyebrow "well,Tony came into the kitchen and we got to talking but he went back to bed" you said. You didn't stutter knowing that if you did,Loki would see right through your slight lie. As you were going to go sit back down,Thor made a comment that you thought you'd never hear him say "I must say,lady (Y/N),you look very pretty in your night attire" you stopped walking and blushed a little. I swear,how many times where you going to blush today?! You rubbed the back of your neck awkwardly "uh..t-thank you Thor,your v-very sweet" you said as you sat back down. You three watched some tv for a while before Loki tapped you shoulder "(Y/N)...I was wondering if maybe you'd like to go on,what you mortals call,a date with me sometime?" He asked you. You sighed knowing that the only way you were going to get out of this mess was by lying "I would love to Loki but...I'm in sort of a secret relationship with..erm..Steve" both brothers paled and there's jaws dropped "please,please,please,don't tell anyone!! We really want to keep this a secret!" You fake begged. Both brothers nodded and you stood up "thanks a million guys!" You said,kissing both of them on the cheek "now I'm gonna go back to bed. It is a lazy day after all" and with that said,you ran off to your room. You truly did feel bad for lying to them but it was the only way to get them off your back. You sighed and laid down in bed. 'Lets just hope they don't confront Steve about my little lie' you thought before falling asleep
