Sirens wailing
Vision fading
A life being whisked away
A heartbeat monitor flatlining
A moment of life
Another heartbeat returns
A moment of death
All feeling goes away
People screaming
Machines buzzing
A hand gripping mine
My mind wanders off
I wonder if it was worth it
Pulling the trigger
Then I remember I would do it
I would do it all over again
A life fades away
A moment collapses
I want to forget
When the light comes long
