Lookie here, I'm currently working on another Etrian Odyssey story despite the fact I previously had one published prior to this, being the Etrian Odyssey: Untold story.
That aside, I had attempted to make an Etrian Odyssey IV story sometime in 2017, but not much was done beyond a first draft that honestly... kinda needs to be reworked on, so its on the back burner for now, along with the EO:U story. I decided that I wanted to try starting with the latest Etrian Odyssey game before I put more dedication into making more of these stories involving the Etrian Odyssey series. Part of the reason I was that I wasn't confident in how I would handle combat, and that's what stopped me to continuing a EO:U story of mine prior to this.
But I'm not giving up simply because I couldn't write combat before. Practice makes perfect, after all. I'm going to try my best to make this story something that I'm proud of, and perhaps more to come. Chapter 1 may take a while, as I'm currently revising it until it's good enough. I'll also be updating this A/N with content warnings as the story goes along because it'll help me keep track of things.
