My Elvendale Adventure (Cronan X Reader)

Chapter 1: Just the Begining

I knocked on the big wooden door and stepped in. "Hello?" I said peering into the living room, looking for Emily. "Oh hi N/Y, are you looking for Emily?" began Mrs. Jones stepping out from the kitchen. "Yeah we were going to hang out since we didn't have homework tonight." School was practically over just two weeks left until summer. "Oh I see," says Mrs. Jones nodding, "Well Emily and Sophie just run outside so you can start looking there." "Thank you!" I pushed open the back door to their backyard, or should I say the woods.

It's pretty with the trees finally returning to their green color. "Sophie! Emily!" I shout in an effort to find them faster. To no surprise it doesn't work so I have to keep looking with my sight. They probably saw me coming and decided to hide. I start to stop but then see a small path starting to the left. It looked like a deer trail but I decided to take it. Pretty soon I come up across a huge tree that's... glowing blue? Then I see something jump into the strange blue tree only to later realize its Sophie. As quick as I can I run to the tree and jump in.

I tumble a foot or two and when I open my eyes what I see is beautiful. Multicolored trees, a bright blue sky, weird looking creatures. The air is so fresh and cool that I can't help but run deeper into this magical land. I venture for hours until I realize I'm lost, have no clue how to get home, and it's getting dark. I start to panic because I don't have any of the instruments needed to stay outside in the wilderness. I decide to turn back and try to find where I can in but its kind of hard in the dark. I'm just starting to jump to conclusions and tell myself i'm gonna die in this forest when I see it... a raging fire.
