S Y N O P S I S

sita has lived her whole life in the shadow of the Girls Before, who are known by their levels of education and the names of their husbands. sita fully expects to remain in this silent state for the rest of her life, until she makes the decision to leave home to pursue her dreams. now suddenly, sita can see that she is so much more than just a body, just a group of organs, just a pair of lungs. sita is suddenly a woman with a story and a will to keep living. sita is finally alive, and she intends to embrace it.
