1) User has the ability to make ones self invisible at will. User also has the ability to temporarily turn things they touch invisible if user so pleases. [Drawbacks: can't put other objects/people into an invisible state if user is not in constant contact with the object/person at time of invisibly.]

2) The power of overwhelming strength. Can lift/move anything within a certain weight range (exact weight yet to be determined). Can also hit with extraordinary amounts of force. [Drawbacks: Cannot use full strength if not in more muscular form.]

3) For yet to be 100% determined reasons, #983000 can use multiple secondary quirks. The number or actual quirks themselves have not been determined. [Drawbacks: They are much weaker than if they were quirks originally manifested.]

Overall Drawbacks: Cannot use both quirks at full power at once or a secondary quirk while either of the others are active.

BEGINNING CASE NOTES:
Prisoner #983000 is in a very... unstable condition. He was thought to have been tested on by a group of rouge villains. Similar to many Nomu, he was imbedded with another quirk. Well, that's what we suspect.

Looking back at previous records from before the incident, he seemed to have originally manifested the duel quirks as a young child, when most children do. However, the ability #983000 has to use weakened versions of other much different quirks is new, it would seem. We suspect that he might be able to use those he has seen in action before, but this is just a theory for the time being.

His body is extremely damaged, almost as if it was ripped apart and put back together again, multiple times over. His mental state isn't much better. He mumbles constant nonsense and has what seem to be night terrors.

He is extremely antisocial and whenever someone tries to communicate with him, he goes into an almost animalistic state. He tries to destroy anything and everything in his way.

However, #983000 still seems promising. He's at such a young age that it would seem he might pull through. Although I hate the idea of putting someone who has killed dozens of people back on the streets, I can tell that this young boy could have a lot of potential if we can manage to bring him back to our world.

He is only 10 after all.

#983000, or 984 as I've started calling him, is still antisocial and doesn't talk about what actually happened to make him into what he was when he first fell into our care. However, he is now at a stable state of mind. He still has nightmares now and then, but agrees to talk about them.

I can tell that he definitely regrets everything that happens, even if we now know it wasn't his fault. His mind was completely destroyed at the time and he had no idea as to what he was doing. I'm just glad to see a young man like 983 finally start to get back to normal. Well, as normal as someone in his position can get.

It's been a long 5 years, but I think he's finally started to actually be okay.

I just hope (F/N) gets a second chance to live and be the hero he talks about wanting to be.
