The First Meeting

~Y/n's POV~
I was sitting at my desk fiddling with my pen. I look outside my window. I see birds fly by, the window. I sigh.
"Nothing. No ideas, I need to upload an animation soon. Their going wild over me not uploading anything for over three weeks." I say out loud, to nobody. "Maybe animate one of my songs? I mean their easy to animate cause I have a couple storyboards for music videos, so I can just easily make them animations." I continue , I see my cat Ares, a Russian Blue rag doll. He's a lovable cat. He care about me, often bringing me dead animals he catches, but so what I love him anyways. I smile at him, as he jumps on my desk. I shrug.
"I'm too brain dead to come up with any other ideas."I say.

~A few weeks later~
I sit at my desk, when I get a text from Jess.
(J-Jess Y-You)
J: Hey (Y/n)!
Y: Hey Jess! What's up?
J: Nothing really. I'm wondering if you want to come to the office? We're gonna need your help , with animating and Shawn is out today and we need to use Shawn all day so we can't use him.
Y: Yeah what time do you need me to come by?
J: In an hour would that work?
Y: Definitely. Give me a bit.
J: Thank you! Oh can you bring your cat?
Y: no sorry he's not good around dogs.
J: Dang it! 😭
Y: Just text me a day the dogs aren't around and I'll bring him over.
J: okay! Anyways see ya in a bit!
Y: See ya!
~end of conversation.~

I get up and grabs my phone, purse, shoes and keys. Ares walks over to me purring, looking st me like 'where are you going?' I pat his head, as I put my shoes on.
"Mama gotta go to work, I already gave you food and water, so your set for the day." I say I walk out the door locking it , then I drive to The office. I blast (F/B) (favorite band) on my way there. After a half an hour I arrive. I walk in to the building, cause Jason was there to help me get in.
"Thanks Jason." I say sitting down in Shawn's seat. I grab his drawing pen, and tablet.
"Ross get your butt back here!" I hear a voice shout. I grab a flash drive that says Animation video #20 I place it into the computer then log into a second account, and I load Adobe, then upload the file. Fifty-two frames left. Okay, that'll get me till six, it's now 10 am. I start animating listening to music. After a bit I feel someone touch the chair and kinda pull it. I take the headphones off then I turn and see Jess.
"Hey (Y/N)!." She says smiling looking at me.
"Oh, Uh hey Jess. Sorry I didn't say hi to you, you were recording." I say softly. I'm a complete introvert. I never speak to anyone outside of my house. I'm constantly in my office at my house. I barely have any friends in town who aren't busy, so I never hang around people, but I voice act and sing a lot so my voice isn't whispery.
"It's fine. How's the animating going?" She says leaning over my shoulder.
"Oh good. Will left a storyboard so I could draw it a lot more easily. Its quite difficult, due to our art styles being different. I don't really draw in this style anymore so it's quite hard." I say Jess nods smiling at me.
"Okay! Well if you need any help with anything you can talk to me." She says smiling. I smile back at her. I check my phone. I get a text from my manager. Meeting at 7 my office. We need to discuss something. I respond okay back. I continue to animate the video.
After another three hours I feel something hit the chair with a lot of force. I take the headphones off and see a tall Ginger hitting a dark blonde light brown haired man with a body pillow.
"Ow! Max stop!" The light brown haired person says the ginger stops. I guess his name is Max. Max laughs walking away back to his seat I guess. The light brown haired man looks at me. I guess I look a bit scared
"Oh uh sorry! We didn't mean to hit the chair. I'm guessing your filling in for Shawn?" He says looking at me. I nod looking back at him.
"Oh! Right I'm Ross, and you are?" He says sticking his hand out for a handshake.
"(Y/n). Nice too meet you Ross." I say accepting his handshake.
"Nice too new ya (Y/n)!" He says putting his hand back in his pockets. Well I'm gonna go back to my desk now. See ya!" He says walking away. He sits down at a desk. I go back to the computer and I continue drawing. fourty-six farmed left. I put the headphones back on and go into a focused mode for the next two hours.
I feel something smack my leg. I jump up a bit. I head Jason and Jess laugh a bit. I blush a bit and I see Jet Jess's corgi. I smile at Jet.
"Hi!." I say picking him up and pet him. Jet calms down by me petting him.
"How did you calm him down?" Max says turning around looking at me. I shrug. I've always had a connection with animals that calms them down, Whenever I pet or hold them. They never really complain.
"I don't know, animals just like me I guess." I set Jet down, and he runs over to Jess. I go to turn back to the computer when another dog shows up at my legs. I pet him, and he lays down at my feet. I smile as I'm pet him. He looks at me smiling. Awwwwwww. "
"Hey (Y/n) wanna go out and get lunch with Jason and I?" Jess says to me. I look at her. "Uh yeah, sure!" I say standing up, The dog sitting. By my leg looks up at me.
"Galileo come here boy." Max says the dog runs over to him excitedly. Jason walks over to us.
"Hey (Y/n), you coming?" Jason says I nod as I stretch. Jason grabs his wallet and we walk out of the office.
"So (Y/n) how's the music? You haven't released anything in awhile." Jason says
"Oh, good. Their all in preparation to be released right now. I mean my manager needs to hear two of the songs before a single can be released." I respond.
"Oh (y/n)! You have to come over and see Joseph and Julia again! They miss you!" Jess says smiling. "Oh yeah! They really do miss you. Constantly asking to see you, and your cat." Jason says getting in his car. Jess gets in the drivers seat and I get in the back.
"Sometime soon. I've been busy trying to animate this one video the past few weeks. To release a music video. I don't have the team to make a real video." I say Jess starts the car. "Oh! We can help! We have enough people too help." Jess says "Really?! That would be amazing!" I say excitedly
"Yeah definitely we could do that. Just we'll need an open day to do it." Jason says
"You can decide that I'll try to be open the day you guys are able too." I say
