So, Hakim finally got his grandfather to meet my parents and everyone is on a good page with one another. Hakim & I are signed up for Young Parents Academy for the fall.

Hakim has been so supportive. Every time he gets paid or receives a lot of tips he buys baby wipes and diapers since we will always need them for the baby. Hakim has never missed any doctor appointment and today we will figure out what I am carrying. If we have a girl, we want to name her, Alisia Naila Copper but if it is a boy, we want to name him is Hayden Karim Cooper. I'll be satisfied with whatever I have, I know that my baby will be healthy & the cutest.

My parents cannot wait to know the gender so we all can go shopping for the baby. The baby already has its own room waiting to be painted & decorated by the company my Dad hired.

If it is a girl, this is the idea we have in mind:

Whatever this baby is, he or she makes me very tired and hungry every 5 minutes. It's only 12 in the afternoon, and I have already ate 7 times. Hakim is supposed to be coming over to come talk about baby stuff and honestly I don't even wanna talk to him.
Oh yeah, this baby I'm carrying makes me have ridiculous mood swings. This morning, I woke up wanting to see him and hug on him all day now I really don't want to see him.

I laid down on my bed and rubbed my belly watching tv. My mom came home from shopping and came straight to my room with a bunch of shopping bags.

"Hey Mom", I looked up and said.

"Hey boo, how are you mamas?", she asked.
She sat on the edge of my bed and rubbed my belly.

"I'm alright and fat", I said , rolling my eyes.
We both giggled.

"Look, I went to do some retail therapy alone because I needed to clear my head because there is a lot of stuff going on right now", she says.

"I bought you lots of larger size nice clothes since you're growing and lots of sandals because I know your feet will start to get fast", she added.

She fixed the clothes and sandals in my closet as she spoke.

"I don't want you to think you are a burden because you a pregnant babe, I most definitely got you through everything trust me", she said smiling at me.
