Chapter forty-four

Your POV

"After all of this, of course I will take Kei in. I will raise him to become a strong and independent hero" he says. "Oh! Also, Aizawa wanted you to come along with us to confirm with the other parents that it was alright for their children to move into the dorms" he says.

"I don't have an option do I?" I ask.

He sweats "I'm afraid not, you know how Aizawa is" he says.

"Alright Kei, you heard the man. I'll be gone for a while. Please don't break anymore things" I say patting his head.

I walk out the door with All Might and head for the car.

"I suppose I'll have to squeeze in between you both" I say putting my hand on my hip.

"Yeah" All Might says scratching the back of his neck.

I open the door and see Aizawa all dressed up.

"Woah, that's a shocker. You? In a suit? With your hair up?" I say sitting next to him.

"Listen, I don't need to hear your opinions" he says. "I invited you along because I needed a strong students opinion on all of this, and I knew you wouldn't be doing anything"

"What are you trying to say?!" I yell before All Might squeezes next to me.

"Alright where are we going next?" I ask.

"The Jiro family" Aizawa says looking at a list.

We walk into the Jiro household and her parents sit us down. Kyoka began making tea for us while we talk to her parents.

"What do you think?" Her dad asks me. "Aren't you a student? Don't you think it's a little odd that since they couldn't protect the students they want to keep them at the school?"

I raise my eye-brow. "I think it's an incredibly smart idea actually. The teachers don't have to worry about the students getting hurt outside of school or at their home. Villains wouldn't even think about getting near U.A. The teachers are using that as an advantage to keep the students safe" I say.

Aizawa began to talk to her dad and started to bow before Kyoka made him sit up.

"Oh. Sensei, you don't have to bow! We've already decided what to do after we got the notice in the mail" she says before mocking her dad on how hype he was.

We left the Jiro's and got in the car.

"I was prepared to face more criticism" Aizawa says "I'll buy you a drink"

All Might laughs "Oh stop. That's not like you! I can't drink anyway, and the next family probably won't be that easy"

"I'll take up on that offer" I joke.

"(Y/N)!! YOU CANT DRINK!!"

I exit the car with excitement.

'I can't wait to see how Bakugous doing! How his family is like! Is his dad mean? What's his mom like?'

The door opens, showing a very pretty blonde woman. I smile a little as she welcomes us in. I walk past her but she holds my shoulder, stopping me.

"I know you! I've seen you on the news! My name is Mistuki, it's great to meet you!" She says making my heart melt. "Katsuki talks a lot about you! I'm so sorry you have I deal with him."

My breath hitches and sweat goes down my face. 'He talks about me?!'

We sit down on a couch across from his parents. Suddenly I notice an angry teen sit in the middle of them. He hasn't looked up at us yet. He looks up and I notice his eyes widen as he looks at me. I giggle and wink at him.

"Oh sure! I'm counting on you!" Mitsuki says slapping the back of his head.

"Don't hit me old lady! I'll kill you!!" He yells at her.

She hits him again "Shut up! It's your fault to begin with for being so weak!! You got caught and now you are causing everyone trouble!!!"

"You two.. stop it" his dad politely says trying to calm them down. "You're startling the teachers"

I stifle a laugh as I realize that all of the anger came from his mom.

"Shut up you damn old man! Don't butt in!!" Bakugou yells.

He gets on my last nerve. "Shut the hell up Bakugou!! Can't you tell they are trying to help you?! Just zip it and listen!!" I yell standing up.

He glares at me and I glare right back but worse. He sighs before sitting back and crossing his arms. His parents look at him and then me in shock.

"Umm. Is it really all right?" Aizawa asks.

"Hmm? Oh the dorm thing? We'd actually be grateful. Katsuki is reckless and really good at everything. He was blessed with a good quirk too, so he had people fawning over him all the time and ended up like this" Mitsuki says.

"He kept getting praised for shallow stuff. That's why I was really happy with what you said at the press conference" she says. "Yeah, it made me think that this school was really watching him carefully. I was worried for a while about how it would turn out, but he's safe and sound now so.."

I notice her rubbing his hair. I thought it would be rough and spiky but it looks super soft. I should try that some time.

"You may face some hard criticism but I know that you will take good care of him" she says shoving Bakugous face down and looking at her husband "right?"

They both nod their heads before bowing.

"He's a hopeless guy but please train him hard and make him a good hero" she says.

I smile and stand up. We head for the door and leave the house.

"Where to next?" I ask them when suddenly I hear an angry voice.

"All Might" I turn around and face Bakugou. "What is Deku to you?"

"My student, just like you" He says.

"If you don't want to tell me, that's fine" he says walking away.

"Hey Katsuki" I yell for him. He turns around and looks at me. I run over to him.

"Can I see your phone?" I ask putting my hand out.

"I guess" he says putting it in my hands, unlocked.

I put my number in his contacts and put my name as "Hot Head 🔥🔥🔥"

"Call or text me if you need me Alright?" I say nicely.

"(Y/N) we don't have all day" Aizawa says.

"Bye" I say before hopping in the car.

I look at him and see him look down at his phone and smile. My heart flutters and I blush a little. I grin from ear to ear. We make it to Midoriyas apartments and All Might says he'll do it alone.

Aizawa and I decide to go to another family on our own as well.
