A girl name Oceanne, who also goes by the name of Blue Jay has just gotten accepted to the college of her dreams on full scholarship at the age of 16 to the number one school in the country (United states of America). She is a real over achiever and has never had a GPA lower than a 4.0 . This year is her last year of High School and although this is a once in a life oppertunity, she doesn't want to go. She realises she will have to leave all of her firends behind and they were basically her family because although her parents are very sucessful, they treat her more like a prize than a member of the family. Her mother is always on buisness trips that can last up to 2 years and her dad never really bothers to pay attention to her. Although she can give them credit for giving her everything she needs for all she has lived, they always only used her to show her off and for publicity. She has to use this last year with her friends to do everything she has always wanted to do but was always to scared to do. Oh, and did I mention she is the only person ever in the world to have light brown skin and have blue eyes? Well yes. That is one of the main reasons she is earning publicity for her and her parents. How will she live her last year in high school?
