It was morning and the sun was blazing through the window straight in my eyes. I raised up and raked my hands down my face.
I was tired. I picked up my phone to see it was about 7 in the morning.
God why so early.
I got up out of bed and went out into the living room. Sarah was sitting on the couch eating cereal.
"Oh hey." She placed the cereal down on the coffee table. "There's some cereal in there if you want some."
"Oh I'm okay. Do you have some coffee?"
She gave me a funny look.
"Do you like it black?" She got up and walked into the kitchen grabbing a coffee cup.
"Umm well no." I walked over to the chair where I left my backpack and grabbed my keys. "It's fine I don't need any coffee."
Yes I did.
"I'll run over to the store and grab some creamer later." Sarah placed the coffee cup back in the cabinet.
"I'm going to run down to my car and grab my things." I slipped on my shoes and went out the door.
As I walked past apartment 232 I noticed empty cups were laying all around the door.
I guess they were too drunk to clean up.
