Stubborn (a man with that was, well, stubborn as a ox) moves down the hall. He eyes Love talking to the girls. Love notices and gives Stubborn and evil eye. Stubborn sticks out his tongue at him and continues on. Stubborn then goes to the vending machine. The machine gives him a mtn. dew and he continues searching for his hotel room. On his way, Mischief trips a little girl running down the hall playing tag. She falls flat to her face as gets bad carpet burn on her left cheek. Feeling some sympathy toward the young girl, he helped her up.

Then the alarms sound.

A team of swift moving robots come out of the door and head at full speed towards Stubborn. He has become a regular. Regulars are not allowed. Penalty is death. Death in big red letters.

There are two seriously strict rules.

Rule one: always stay in character.

Rule two: under any circumstances, do NOT show any more than one emotion.

If any if the rules are broken, penalty is death.

The robots haul the now regular to the main office. Behind the office desk is Joy. A happy and wicked woman with long blue hair and wears a black suit. Nothing unordinary about her appearance except for the way she treated all the regulars before Stubborn. She is the Hitler in this mindscape. The robots are her Nazi.

"Leave us!" she ordered the robots. The robots do as she says. Joy takes her feet off her desk and folds her hands together. She looks intensely at the regular as if she was waiting for him to turn onto a rat.

"So I heard you are the new regular, Stubborn." Joy clarified.

"If so I am." he said, "What are you going to do about it?"

"Stop the stubborn act! I know you are the new regular. Why else would my bots bring you in?"

He shrugged his shoulders.

"Maybe they had a malfunction?" He says.

"Are you testing me?!" she stood up. "I know you are the regular, Stubborn, now stop putting up the act! Why else would you help that little girl, Stubborn?! Stubborns don't help people!" She screamed.

"Maybe the little girl was in need of my care!"

Joy smiled. "So you finally came around, regular." Joy's electric blue eyes beam down at Stubborn. He gulped. All the previous people that came down as regulars had horrible ends; life time of labor, guillotine, thrown down in the pit (memory eraser), and her personal favorite, the electric chair.

"What are you going to do to me?"

Joy danced around humming. She sat on top of her desk and swung her feet. "Huh. I'm glad you asked. Hmm... Since you did help my friend's daughter's second best friend, I'll have mercy on you. Guillotine!"

"What?! how is that..."

"Guards!" Joy orders and two of her friends, Anger and Disgust, come in. Disgust leans on one foot and looks at her neatly manicured hand. Anger, on the other hand, couldn't care less. His fiery red hair is all messy compared to Disgust's neatly combed green hair.

"Yes, Joy." Disgust says without taking her eyes off her hand.

"Take this regular down to the holding cell." Joy says enthusiastically.

"What?! A regular?" Anger says furiously.

"Yes, my friend. Another one."

"Arg!" Blares Anger.

"Well go on, take him down."

Disgust roles her eyes and takes my right side and Anger takes my left. They dragged me by the arms out of the door.

"No. No. No!" The regular screams and the doors slam behind him.
