Chapter 9: Secrets Kinda Revealed

Chapter 9

Louis' POV

Wow. Cat looks amazing. I can't keep my eyes off of her. She is just so beautiful. Suddenly, my phone rang, snapping me out of my trance. "Ring, ring!" Cat exclaimed. We all laughed as I looked down at the caller ID.

Eleanor.

She hasn't spoken to me in two weeks. What could she possibly want? She probably wants to meet up somewhere to 'discuss our relationship status'. Yep, I've heard that before. I walked a little bit away from the group and answered the phone.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Hey, babe," she said making me cringe at the sound of her voice.

"Hey, what do you need?" I asked slightly annoyed.

"Whoa, someone sounds a bit snappy," she said. "Maybe I should loosen you up." she went on flirtaciously. I could hear the smirk in her voice. "Really, what is it, Eleanor." I said irritably.

"I miss you, baby. We should meet up to discuss where we stand in our relationship." she said trying to sound innocent. See, I knew it.

"Uh, Eleanor, I think we should see other people."

"What?! Are you breaking up with me?!?" she shouted.

"Uh, yeah...?" I said in a 'duh' tone.

"Wow. I can't believe you. After everything we've been through?"

"Oh, you mean when you cheated on me, twice, and I forgave you? And the fact that we still argue all the time?!" I shouted. "Baby, it didn't mean anything I swear. I just-" I cut her off.

"You what? Got bored with me? No, Eleanor. I think it's best if we move on now."

"Fine. You'll pay for this, Louis Tomlinson. I'll get you back soon. You better watch out."

"Yeah, yeah. Whatever." I said, completely done with the conversation. I wonder what she meant when she said she would get me back.. Oh, well. I let out a sigh as I put my phone in my pocket. When I looked up, I saw everyone talking and laughing happily. I sighed again as I walked towards them.

Harry's POV

Maybe I should just give up on Cat. I mean, I've been with many other girls before, and I wouldn't want Cat getting hurt because of me.

"Harry, do you wanna swim with me?" a cute voice snapped me out of my thoughts. I looked up and saw Cat with a slightly sad expression. "What's wrong, babe?" I asked furrowing my eyebrows. "Everyone is split up. No one wants to play in the water with me." she said sadly. She sat down next to me and layed her head on my shoulder. She is just too cute. I chuckled and snaked my arm around her small waist.

"I'll play in the water with you." I said smiling down at her. Her head popped up. "Really?" she asked smiling. "Of course I will," I said and poked her dimple. She giggled and held her small hand out to help me up. She dragged me into the water while giggling happily.

*later that day, still at the beach*

Cat's POV

We had spent the entire day at the beach. We all had lots of fun. It was fun swimming around with Harry. I even taught Zayn some of the basics on swimming! He's doing really good, but he hates what the ocean water does to his hair. Hehe, Zayn really loves his hair.

Right now, I'm walking around the beach just thinking about the boys, Sam, and I. The boys are so nice. This might sound weird, but I'm glad they kidnapped us.

I came to a halt when I saw Louis sitting there on the sand. He had his head hanging low, and his feet gently moving around in the water. Oh, no he's sad! I'm gonna go cheer him up.

I slowly walked up to Louis with a small smile on my face. "Hi, Louis," I said quietly. "Hi, Cat," he said not looking up from the water. "Are you okay?" I asked politely and plopped down next to him. "Yeah, I'm just peachy." he said sassily. I looked away slightly offended by his tone. He sighed then lifted my chin up with his thumb and index finger. "I'm sorry I snapped at you, love. I just haven't been in the best mood today."

"It's alright. I'm sorry I bothered you. You looked like you were thinking about something. I was just checking on you," I said feeling guilty.

"It's okay. Thank you." he said with a smile. I returned it, then we both sat in an awkward silence. Louis sighed again and I turned to look at him. I slowly snaked my arms around his torso and leaned my head on his shoulder.

"I just wanna make sure you're okay," I whispered softly. When he didn't respond I looked up at him. We were staring into each others eyes until he did something I never thought he would do...

He crashed his lips to mine.

Sam's POV

Zayn and I are currently chillin on a huge rock. We went for a walk and found it. We made small talk, and every now and then I would catch him staring at me.

The sun started to set and it was such a beautiful thing to see. I'm normally not a softie, but sunsets have an effect on me. Wow, this is so pretty! Man, I've been hanging around Cat way too much.

"This is so beautiful, don't you think?" I asked Zayn, motioning to the pink-orange sky. Zayn turned my chin so that I was facing him. "You are so beautiful, Sam." He said with a dazzling smile that made me melt inside. I blushed and muttered a 'thank you' before turning back to admire the view.

I turned to face Zayn at the same time he faced me. Why did I feel butterflies in my stomach when he touched me, talked to me, or even looked at me? I have similar feelings with Liam. Ugh, why does love have to be so confusing. I didn't realize I was leaning in until Zayn lips touched mine. I was in shock at first, then I started kissing him back. It felt so wrong, but it felt so right.

It was getting heated until we heard a throat clear. Zayn and I pulled away to find someone with pure anger in his eyes. Oh no.
