The Day. Chapter 3.

                                                 -Gabriella POV-

We ran in the trees about 2 hours ago searching for waer,food and shelter. I soon stopped walking and leaned up against a tree. Justin stopped and turned around.

''Why did you stop walking we need to find water and shelter'' he said walking to me.

''Whats the use. We have been walking for 2 hours and found nothing but trees,dirt and more trees. If there is water or food or shelter its on the other side of the island and i'm not walking that far, so if you want to go you go i'm staying here'' i said sitting on the ground. He groan.

''Come on Gabriella just a little further'' he said walking towards me. I shook my head no. He looked piss.

''Fine if you don't want to come with, fine stay here i don't care, i save your life and this is how you treat me, your so sweet'' he said and ran off. What does he mean by saved my life? I sat there in silence. I did'nt hear anything but the wind blow.

I stood up and brushed the dirt off. I walked to my left. Than i saw a dirt path. Wait. Dirt paths don't make there selfs. I ran down the path for a good 10 minutes when i came to a stop.

''OH MY GOD'' i said slow and out loud. To my amaze ment i saw a big wooden try house and a little water fall.

''OH MY GOD WATER'' i ran to it and cupped my hands with water and drinking some. Ahh that felt good. Than i heard twigs snap behind me. I turned around and saw a lady maybe in her 20's dressed up in a safri outfit.

''Who are you? And how did you get here?'' she said walking towards me a little.

''Um hi i'm Gabriella and i fell off a cruise ship and ended up here'' i said kind of scared. She looked at me like i was stupid but than spoke.

''Oh, is there others?'' i nodded slowly.

''Just one. His name is Justin and well he kinda went his own way'' she nodded.

''My name is Ruth Burns by the way'' she said with her hand out. I smiled and wiped my hand off cause it was wet and shook her hand.

''So is this place yours?'' i said looking at the house. She nodded.

''Yes it is.'' she said. (By the way she had a british accent)

''How long did it take you to make it?'' i asked curiously.

''It took a whole month. I worked on it day and night. Would you care to stay?'' she asked.

''Are you serious?'' she nodded.

''Yes. I'm very serious'' she said seriously.

''Yes i would love to thank you'' i said.

''But on one condition'' she said. I sighed.

''What is it?'' i asked.

''If you help me find the boy. I know how it is to be on this island with out food water or shelter, so will you help me find him?'' she asked. Sighed again and nodded.

''Ok but we should be going now'' i said. She nodded and we were off. We stuck together cause i would of got lost like that.

''Justin?'' i called out.

''JUSTIN?'' Ruth called out.

''Justin?'' i called out again. Then we heard something. Me and Ruth stopped.

''Justin is that you?'' i called out. Than there was Justin came out from the trees eating a bananna. He had wide eyes when he saw Ruth.

''Hello, I'm Ruth Burns. I have this shelter that i'm staying in with Gabriella would you like to stay with us'' i looked at him and he looked at me than back at Ruth.
