Chapter 1 - Home Sweet Home

Finally, I'm back. Back where I belong, and there isn't a better place to return than my home town in Scottsdale, Arizona. I can't wait to see everybody at work again. I've been dying to get back in that ring for ages!

So, before I ramble on, my name is Brianna Garcia-Colace, but I'm well known as Brie Bella. I'm a professional wrestler in the WWE and have been working here since 2007. WWE hired me because I have an identical twin sister who goes by the name of Nikki Bella.

I was put out of action for about 12 weeks due to a knee injury caused in my match against Tamina Snuka. But now I'm back and healthy.

Monday Night Raw was being held in my home town which was super exciting! I waddled off the tour bus along side my boyfriend, Bryan. He's well known as Daniel Bryan on Television. Bryan and I have been together well over 2 years.

Bryan is one of the top guys in the company at the moment. We met through our storyline as one time we were training and I was talking about the environment. He started joining in the conversation. This caught me by surprise so I grew a little crush on him.

"Brie! Brie!" is what the fans would scream leaning over the stands. I walked over to greet them and signed a couple of autographs too.

After greeting the fans, Bryan and I dragged our suitcases inside the building. We looked at the arena map.

"Alright, so the female talent room is to the right so I'll talk to you later," I told him.

"Okay, Brie," he replied. We gave each other a quick hug and went our separate ways.

The wheels of my suitcase rattled along the floor. I saw a few familiar faces and some new faces too. I'd arrived at the Divas Locker room. As I opened the door I barely had the chance to drag my suitcase into the room, as I was greeted with two huge hugs. Of course, it was my great friends, Nattie and Trinity.

"You're back!" Nattie said with joy.

"Brie Mode's in the house!" Trinity yelled.

"That's right!" I said with a huge smile on my face.

"How's your knee now?" Nattie asked.

"All clear!" I replied with a smile.

"That's great! Do you have a match tonight?" Trinity asked.

"I'm not too sure yet. I need to ask Carrano before I change into my ring gear," I told them.

"Alright, we'll see you in a bit," Nattie said while waving. I dropped my bags off and left the room to find Mark Carrano, who organised the matches for each event.

I wondered around, past the makeup area, TV Rooms, offices and backstage interview set ups. I was still adjusting to finding my way around the arena after being gone for three months.

Meanwhile I was approached by one of my good friends, Alberto Del Rio.

"Hey! Berty!" I said in surprise.

"Brie! It's been a while," he said giving me a hug.

Del Rio and I have known each other for quite some time now. Nikki and I had some backstage scenes with him in the past and he's actually taught us a lot.

"How's everything?" he asked.

"Everything has been great! My knee is all better now, how about you?" I asked.

"Oh I've been good, and I've been holding this baby around for a while now," he said while looking down at his World Heavyweight Championship in pride.

"Hmm, pretty impressive," I said while nodding my head.

"Yeah, so uh, you still with Bryan?" he asked.

"Yeah...I am," I said.

"Oh, okay," he said and seemed a little disappointed which was odd to me.

To stop the awkwardness I continued, "Oh, so have you seen Carrano?" I asked.

"Yeah, he's over there. Listen, Brie, I've gotta go but we'll talk later," he said in a hurry.

"Oh, okay, see you," I said.

I then could spot Carrano from a distance.

"Ah, Brie, I've been looking for you. It's great to have you back first of all. You will be performing tonight against the woman who gave you that injury, Tamina, in a rematch," he told me.

"Oh, awesome! Thanks, Mark," I replied. Nikki then came over.

"What's up, Brizee! Good to see you a happy mood," she said.

"Yeah, well I have a match tonight so let's get ready for that," I said.

On our way back to the locker room, as clumsy as I am, I bumped straight into someone. He was quite tall, muscly and had long wet locks of black hair. I looked up at his unfamiliar face.

"Oh, I'm sorry," I told him.

"Eh, no big deal," he said with a slight smile. I moved to the right and tried to walk around him but he stepped to his left causing us to block each other.

Nikki giggled to herself.

"Sorry, again. I'll go left," I said while blushing. And I walked around him, as Nikki followed and I put my hair behind my ear. He turned back to look at me but I carried on walking.

"Clumsy much! I can't believe you bumped into him, let alone talk to him." She said while smirking at me and nudging my shoulder.

I looked confused, "Wait, who is he?"

She looked at me weirdly.

"Roman Reigns, of course."
