Alas, man figured that all of the forest is theirs and not of divine and made the grounds infertile. They drove away all the woodland creatures deep within the forest. Striped all the resources and ignore the signs that the land they so wrongly claim as their is doom their so-called world. The forest's size was drastically cut in half, and was establish as an area for game for the king of the neighboring kingdom.

The mage sent a beam of red over to the tree of life. In a firey explosion, the tree was destroyed and as if in response, a dark mana flooded the land. It touched the ground and raised the dead. Many creatures and the dead were transmuted to blood thirsty beast or harmless water sprites. In a fierce battle man was mostly driven away.

Centuries have past and the forest has grown itself back to It's former size. Covering the ruins that shows the battle between humanity and the divine.
