It was Hali's birthday. She was celebrating with a casual get together with Max, Olivia, Chinonso, Jack Nelson, and a few other people. May 3rd, a beautiful day for her. She got nail polish from Olivia, some clothes, a hoodie from Chinonso, $200 altogether, some Starbucks gift cards, and a Blue Polaroid from Max.
Max slept over, and they didn't talk too much about modeling until close to midnight.
"We should start practicing for the shoot. When is it again?"
"The email said June 15th. In Atlanta," Hali answered.
"That's conveniently close," Max said.
Hali nodded. "So, we need to begin."
