I woke up to my alarm blaring loudly in my ear. Oh no, it's time for school. I've been hating school lately because my best friend, Emma, moved away and life without her has been hell. I guess you can say I'm kind of "not popular" at my school. Not a nerd, but not a cool kid, sort of in between.
I got up, brushed my teeth, put on just a bit of makeup, and fixed my hair. I threw on my skinny jeans and a blue tee and ran down to my car.
I pulled into my spot in the big school parking lot. As I was walking I spotted the baddest kid in school, Ross Lynch. He was always getting into some sort of unesscessary mischief. I sped up my walk as he approached me. "Hey hey wait up." He called out.
I turned around and pointed to myself. "Me?" He nodded as he finally stood in front of me. "What's your name?" The hazel eyed beauty asked me. "Riley."
"That's pretty." He said as he moved some hair behind my ear.
"Thanks, I really should go." I said as I started to walk away. "Wait," he grabbed my hand so I couldn't leave. "Sit with me at lunch." He said before winking and walking off. I smiled and ran to class; I was now late.
