24 hrs. Love Affairs (One -Shot Story)

8:00 pm

She was stuck here at her office, need some fresh air and need a space for her mind but she doesn’t know where to go.

8:15 pm

When her friend called her,

“Hey, Jess where you are?” Anton asked her

“Stuck in this bullshit building why?” she said

“Then come out in that stupid building now because I’m going to throw a bomb there okay?” Anton said,

“Good! I’ve been waiting for that to happen, anyway.” She said while she put all her things in her bag.

“Ha-ha-ha… so come on down, and wait for us to our Place okay? “He said and he hangs up

8:30 PM

She’s now at their favorite Coffee shop in Ortigas, waiting to her friend Anton and Kelly. Well as usual sya na naman ang nauna.

9:20 pm

Finally both her gay friends arrived, she wave at them as they enter the coffee shop.

“Here!” she says 

“Sorry girl we’re late! Mwah…” Anton said before he sit beside me and kiss me on the cheek

“What’s new?” she said mock irritating

And they’re order their favorite in this coffee shop. Since college days this was their place whenever they need to talk to or to catch up to each other on what happenings in they’re lives.

“So it’s Friday night where you guys want to escapade after the fucking papers works you had this whole week, huh?” Kelly asks.

She made another sip in her coffee before she answers his question.

“Hmmmn… bar at the fort? You like?” she gave a place where they can hang out for tonight

“Well… sounds great but I don’t think it ‘was convenient for us when we’re going home” Anton reply on her suggestion, well he has a point, masyado nga malayo sa kanila yon.

“Maybe Resort World is best for tonight “Kelly said.

“Okay!” she and Anton agreed to Kelly.

10:20 pm

And they set their feet at Resort World exactly 10:20PM. And they rush to the Bar where they can release all the stress and hassle they had for the long week. The loud music from the Bar is the one who welcomed them. And now they’re inside of the bar and looking for the table that waiter reserved for them.

10:45 pm

And they hit the dance floor, they dance like no tomorrows and everyone’s staring at them and the guys in the dance floor keep surrounding them like they don’t want them to stop to dance. When someone grab on her waist and pull her to him closer. She looks in his eyes and gave him a sweet smile and she pulls him away from her. She leaves the dance floor. And back to the table and drinks her wine.

11:55 pm

“You don’t like that bastard huh?” the voice from her back.

She turns around and saw the guy that she never seen in the dance floor earlier. “Kind of.” She said and turning her back to him, and sip to her glass.
