Angel in white

FIFTEEN

All attention to hanging up the laundry, Merilize stood there in a white dress that hang to her knees, brown boots and her hair out of her eyes at the top. The rest of her hair just hungs loose over her shoulders. She's caught up in her own world. Sad and lonely is exactly how she feels.

With a sighed she grab a white sheet being scared out of her mind when she was all of a sudden wrapped up in the sheet. It's James that grabbed her around the body with the sheet.

"Are you crazy?" She asked him giving him a slapmon his chest. Tears forming in her eyes as she drop her head on his chest taking the sheet away from them. She throw it in the basket and let her body take control. She wrap her arms around his neck that decided to pick her up. She wrap het legs around his body holding him tight. "I missed you."

"I missed you too." He replied putting her down again. She look at him with a smile touching his cheek. "I sold everything though. I'm here to stay now."

"Thank goodness." She took a deep breath and tap him in the chest. "Get settled. Put your clothes in the house and make yourself home. I just wamt to hang up the rest of the laundry then we can sit down and talk, alright?"

"Alright." He replied touching her back. She turn back around wanting to hang up the sheet. "You know I tried to call you, right? Even the children but you're completely shut down from the world."

"What? Alright I'll check into it." She smiled at him picking up the empty basket.

"Are you alright?" He asked starting to walk with her up to the house. She look down then back at him.

"Did...did you know we had a daughter that...died?" I asked him sadly. He immediately stopped and gave me that strange look.

"I wanted to tell you." He started to explain to her that stood there in horror. "We got into an accident and the doctor told me you lost a baby. You...I didn't want it to upset you."

"Well, it just did." She replied about to run away but he grabbed her around her waist pulling her closer to him.

"I'm sorry Merilize. If there was any way I could've made it better for you, I would've. But it happened and I'm sorry you get to find it out now. I love you so much." He whispered with his front head against hers. "I beg you please forgive me for everything."

"I have already forgiven you James." She whispered back giving him a kiss. "But if you want to make this work for the both of us, you're gonna need to be honest and tell me everything, okay?"

"I promise." He whispered to her placing his lips on hers without hesitating.

Having James back already made Merilize happy. They got settled with dinner and after that they hit the room to watch a movie and eventually end up falling asleep together.
