Well hey! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the movie Coco so I'm writing a fanfic! It takes place after the movie (just like my Goonies story) And has Miguel's little sister Socorro in it too! The characters are a little bit older in this book so Socorro is about 6 and Miguel is 15. I know the age difference isn't like that in the movie, but it makes this story easier to write. And I don't know Spanish, like only a few words, so forgive me. I only know the ones I say in here because I looked almost all of them up, but I will give translations.
