A king that respects his people and his son rice
Rice is a good saiyan he trained to be stronger than his father and the world war saiyan started saiyans vs namekian and they won the fight rice is so happy for the victory but the king dies in the war
Rice is so sad and he becomes the new king and protects the other saiyans and they learned to transform into super saiyans to protect the planet from any threath
