We used to be in love, you know?

It was us against the world. No one could stop us when we were together. I was in love with you and you were in love with me. We used to stay up listening to music and talking about our dreams until our heads hurt. We used to hold each other and whisper sweet meaningless words to each other.

But you left one day.

And I thought you would be gone forever. But now you're back.. You're different now. Your eyes don't shine as bright as they used to. You're so angry all the time. You don't remember me anymore. I don't know what happened but I promise I'll fix it. I won't let you go ever again..

You may have forgotten about us, but you're forgetting something else too.

Love will always remember.

And so will I.
