((A/N: That's Jades outfit))

After I finished introducing my self I was told to sit in the back by the window, so with my head down I walked to the back of the class and sat down. I could feel the stares from everyone around me but I chose to ignore it; putting my backpack on the floor I got my notebook and pencil case out.

The first lesson and the next two after that went by without a problem, I kept my head down and made notes. Lunch was where things started to go bad, I didn't want to go get food so I decided to go and sit in the corner of the canteen, the corner was right in the back and it didn't seem like anyone ever sat there. Well that was an incorrect assumption as next think I knew; I was being pulled back by my hair, my back colliding with the floor.

I looked up at the girl standing above me, she seemed to be slightly taller then me maybe about 5 foot 5 but I'm not sure; She had hazel eyes and an hour glass figure and her hair was brown and just hung straight down. "What are you doing in me seat?" She asked glaring at me, her voice filled with attitude and disgust. I didn't answer not seeing why I should, standing up I grabbed my backpack and slung it on my shoulder trying to walk past the girl, though I didn't get far as her friends stood behind her not allowing me to move.

"Oi I asked you a question, answer it" she spoke her voice filled with more attitude then before if that was even possible. I sighed and shrugged before answering her, "I was just sitting not knowing anyone sat there, I only just started here." My voice was steady and that's how I wanted it, though I was really nervous I wasn't letting this girl know that.

Shoving  past her friends I walked off, not wanting to start anything but of course luck was not on my side. A strong hand gripped my arm and pulled me  me back to be met with a punch in the stomach, I let out a gasp my breath leaving me; I refused to fight back I know I was stronger then her but It's my first day I'm not getting in a fight.

I ended up laying on the floor kicks and punches  to my stomach and head,  it was getting harder and harder to breath; I heard yelling of a teacher but I couldn't understand what he or she was saying. Everything was slowly getting fuzzy but I wasn't going to let that keep my down, I had been through worse this was nothing. Come on Cat get up....Get up.....GET UP!

I was mentally yelling at myself and it seemed to work because my body started listening as I slowly stood up, dusted off my clothing grabbed my backpack and put it back on my shoulder; the girls who where being escorted out looked at me so confused as how I could get up so easily. I could here the laughter of the students and see there eyes on me, I wanted to hide I can't stand it; I clutched the strap of my backpack tighter and ran out the canteen finding the nearest toilet I could.

Running into one of the stalls I close and look the door, taking my back off I practically ripped it open, searching for my  little medical bag. Slowly I opened it and took out bandages, safety clips and the blade; the blade is my best friend it helps me when I'm really hurt and don't have anywhere else to turn to feel something. I pulled up the right sleeve of my jumper, tracing over old scars and healing cuts. I picked up the blade slowly placing it to my wrist, quickly dragging it across my skin I let out a sigh of relief.

1...cut

2..cuts

3 cuts

4, 5, 6, 7 cuts

...

12 cuts

15 cuts

20 cuts

That's it I cant do anymore or I will pass out. I put the blade down and grabbed the bandages  wrapping it tightly round my arm, it stung but it I could feel it so I don't care. Putting everything away I sighed, I know it's my first down but I'm going home I can't take sitting through anymore of this.
