Today is a normal day
Time to put on a smile
Life is just a cruel game we play
Put on a mask for another mile
Time to pretend that everything is okay
Do not let them see the demon in my head
A place where it will forever stay
It is starting to feel like lead
It is always a constant screaming
Never once having silence
I always hear the pleading
Right before all the violence
Slowly I start to shatter
Watching the world around me crumble and break
Everything that ever mattered
Was only destroyed in it's wake
All I see is death and fire
None other breathing
None that has the desire
To go on living
What will happen to me ,
Now that I am alone ?
But no one will ever see
The monster I have become ...
