"we have class, silly!" ~ draco

Hi! Author here. So basically, you're a Gryffindor 5th year (pureblood), and your best friends are Hermione Granger, Harry Potter, and Ron Weasley. You were actually the shyest Gryffindor in the house, but you were known for legendary heroics with the Golden Trio. You were also super smart. Of course, you have the cliche obnoxious bully, the one, and only Draco Malfoy- and him being one of Umbridge's favorites does not help. He seems to hate you the most out of all Gryffindors. You never did anything to him. What's his deal? You always tried to avoid him but it never seemed to work. Sometimes he would push the boundaries and make you feel horrible. But little did you know, Draco was hiding something that nobody in the world would believe...

WOW, that was a long description. Onto the story!

Tbh, most of this description doesn't relate to the story. This is just some background info.

It was a long, long day for Draco.

He's already gotten detention with Professor McGonagall because he tried to transform a student into a... God knows what.

And on top of that, he has to find time to taunt Y/L/N, Potter, that filthy mudblood Granger, and blood traitor Weasley. 

As he's walking down the corridor to his next class with the Gryffindors, he gets a certain feeling that somebody is behind him. He turns around.

 He sees you looking back at him.

"Ugh, well if it isn't ugly little Y/L/N. What's the deal now? Staring at me like a creep? And I thought you couldn't get any lower," Draco spat.

"I-I didn't do anything, M-Malfoy. I was in back of you. Is th-that a problem now?" you stuttered, clearly frightened but annoyed at this point.

You shove past him and enter the Potions room.

As you walk by, Draco catches a look at you.

A nice, good look. (if ya know what I mean *raises eyebrows*)

Hm, Draco thought. She might not be a bad hookup if I can get to her.

 Draco was already coming up with plans as soon as he reached class.

-In Potions-

"Today, we will be making Veritaserum," drawled Professor Snape. "I will need to pair you up in groups of two to make this potion since one of you doing it will... most likely... blow up half of this room."

After about five minutes of pairing, there were only two people left in the class.

You finally looked up to see who your partner would be since you were too busy reading your Potions book.

Of course, it just HAD to be Draco Malfoy.

On the other hand, Draco was ecstatic. He would finally be able to put his plan into action. After all, you were always the shyest.

"Please p-pass the * a/n: omg I googled veritaserum ingredients and NOTHING SHOWED UP WTF!! plz comment if u know*" you whispered shyly. You've been trying to avoid speaking to Draco for the past few minutes.

Draco was loving it. Little did you know, he always had a thing for shy girls. They were so easily intimidated. He found it adorable, especially with you.
