Tristin's pov
I was on my way to my brother's, Colby, and some of his friends house. He had told me to come by when I got moved in at my apartment. I recently moved out to LA with my friend Saydee. I pulled up o the gate and put in the code that Colby told me. I put my cigarette out in the ash tray I have in my car. I put the ash tray in the glove box to hide it. Colby doesn't know that I smoke, no one does beside's Saydee. Colby would be pissed off at me if he found out. I walked up to the doors and pulled out the spare key that Colby gave me. I unlocked the door and looked around seeing no one.
" Colby!!" I yelled out walking further into the house.
" In the kitchen." he said
I walked into the kitchen and saw Colby and Sam.
" If it isn't the youngest Brocker." Sam said
" I still don't understand why out of my nicknames you made up that one and call me it everytime you see me." I said walking over to them resting my hands on the counter
" I had to be original with your nickname. " Sam said
" You weren't as original as Saydee's nickname." Colby said
" Do you always have to bring that up?" I said
" What is your nickname from Saydee?" Sam asked
" Jarred." I said
" Wait why Jarred?" Sam asked
" Cause we were dumb 9th graders and we started calling each other Jarred and Richard." I said
" Where is Saydee?" Colby asked
" She had a job interview." I said
" Where at?" Sam asked
" Forever 21" I said
" The emo getting a job at one of the most girly stores." Colby said rolling his eyes.
" You can't be talking your also emo." I said
" I'm not emo" Colby said
" Saydee isn't either" I said
* few hours later *
I walked into me and Saydee's apartment and saw her sitting on the couch playing Kingdom Hearts.
" I swear you and my brother are the same person just two years apart." I said letting out a small chuckle while slipping my shoes off
" Ew never say that again and it's a year 4 months." she said pointing the controller at me
" It's almost two years and your just admitting your old." I said sitting by her
" I'm only 20 you'll be 20 in January." she said going back to her game
" Ya" I said watching her play
" Hey we are going to a party tonight" she said
" Where at?" I asked
" 507 Jaded Ave in Calabasas" She said
" Dude that's where Colby and them live." I said
