For me being a leader of myself was always easier than being the Head Warlock . Do not let anyone tell you that taking over a Coven that leadership will just pop into place they are lying to you. I never understood the gas lighting that happens when new Warlocks and Witches come to power. Its like everyone fall over themselves to be the 1st in line to gas up the new leader.
