It is 1 am in the morning and Hailey is wide awake , the light from her laptop screen is illuminating her round face which has this intense look with her forehead creased ,lips pursed ,eyes squinting with her thick rimmed glasses on her nose bridge . Anyone who could see her now would think she looks beautiful ,anyone but her.
she has to submit her paper by Wednesday and she has just 2 days left... everyone else must have finished it already as it was a group project with 3 people in each group but its a different case for hailey. You see Hailey works alone, its really hard for her to socialise with people ,also she has quite good grades as well so its not much of a problem for her. In fact ,she loves doing projects and writing papers.
Its 3 am and she is finally over with her paper, looking at it for the last time she neatly puts them aside and sleeps...before setting up the alarm for 7 .
wearing her favourite dark grey jumper and jeans, she leaves for college.
her first class is biopsychology , she walks towards the last chair beside the window and takes her seat. everyone is busy talking ,shouting and doing their own thing. Hailey is glad that no one is noticing her. she buries herself inside her book and is fully engrossed in her own world.
^enter Ron^
Ron is late for his classes and keeps muttering nonsense as he runs across the corridor towards his first class which happens to be biopsychology... gasping for air he finally enters the classroom. He is relieved that the classes has not begun yet and silently curses Lupin for putting him in this situation . steading himself he scans the classroom for an empty seat. His eyes land on Hailey , smiling to himself he walks towards the seat beside her...
"this might turn out to be fun" he mutters under his breath as he keeps his bag on the desk.
