The Meeting

umm...well this is my first fanfic hahaha so leave me a comment whether you like it or not. happy reading :)

Kakashi's POV

I just finished reading Make-out Paradise when Kotetsu appeared in front of me, grinning from ear to ear looking at my book. "what?" I said, feeling a little embarrassed even though I know he read this book too.

"no-nothing ahahaha, have you finished reading it? well, looking at your face I know you've read this at least a hundred times already hahahahaha". He started blabbering nonsense while scratching the back of his head. I look at him emotionless and ask, "you're not using transportation jutsu just for telling me that, aren't you? so, what's up?".

Kotetsu stopped laughing and coughed before he finally said, "The fifth summoned you". I nod and head immediately to the Hokage's office.

When I walked into the office, I saw her writing on a paper with Shizune and Sakura beside her. "Kakashi, take this". She said while handing me a piece of paper. Mission again. I walk to her and take the paper. Escorting mission, huh? and it's B-ranked. It must be someone pretty important. I look at her and nod. "who's the team leader?" I asked. She just point at me and I nod again. "you can arrange your team the way you want it but I want you to take her with you. Come in!" she said, pretty loud. The door opened behind me, and I see a pale-skin girl with long black hair in ponytail and deep green eyes coming in. I held my breath for a moment, it's her. She should be in ANBU, what is she doing here with Jounin vest?

Tsunade-sama looked at her and smile. She looked at me, still smiling, I don't really understand what's on her mind though.

"Well, Kakashi, you know her, right?" she asked with a tone like she's stating something. I nodded and said, "Yamigawa Yuki-san".

The girl glanced at me and nod. "Hatake Kakashi-san".

I looked at the paper Tsunade-sama gave me and said, "well, this shouldn't be too hard. I guess I'll need a four man squad including one medical ninja. How about it?".

Tsunade-sama nodded and said, "Sakura, you may go with Kakashi and the other person will be...umm....Iruka. Is that enough?". I agreed and bowed to her before leaving the room. I have 30 minutes to pack and we'll meet at the gate. As I leave the Hokage's office, my mind immediately run back to there. Why would she became a Jounin? What the hell is wrong with her?

Yuki's POV

I know it. I can't stare at him. After all, he knows exactly why I joined ANBU. Going on the same mission with my jounin vest feels too awkward. But, I can't deny Hokage's order. I pack along my clothes, weapons and food pills. Trying to get his expression out of my mind. Damn it, my face flushed at the moment I remember him. I picked up my bag and walk over to the mirror. My hands on both sides of my cheeks. I look just fine. But the blush on my cheeks won't go, and it looks pretty contrast with my pale complexion. I have to get used to this. I'll be with him for the next ten days. I can't stay like this. Not at all.

When I arrived, Sakura and Iruka already standing in front of the gate, chattering about something I don't understand. I just put on a simple smile for them and wait for the rest to come. Tsunade-sama arrived with a good-looking guy wearing a suit. I smile at both of them while Tsunade-sama complained about time and Kakashi. Even thinking about his name makes my heart beats a little faster. Stop this, Yuki! I said to myself. A few minutes later, the silver haired man with mask walks to us with a closed eye smile. "Sorry everyone, I got lost in the way of life". Tsunade-sama starts grumbling and Sakura shouts some words telling him to stop making stupid excuses. I'm standing still on my place looking down to the ground.

"Everyone's here now, so let me explain to you guys. This is Watanuki Hiroshi, he's the owner of the Watanuki company and also a relative to our Feudal Lord here. I want you guys to escort him safely to the Land of Water according to his business there. Clear enough?"

I nod and glance over to see the Watanuki boss. He looks young enough to be the owner of the company.

"Pleasure doing business with all of you". He said with a smile on his face. Hey, he's not so bad. I thought all Feudal Lord's families are cocky.

We start our journey by walking. Sakura is walking beside me while Kakashi is in front of me with the Watanuki boss in the middle of him and Iruka. Sakura starts talking about medical things which I'm not so interested but still listening while my mind wandering about 6 years ago.

I look at my waist. It's bleeding. I pressed my hand there to stop it while my other hand looking for bandages in my bag. A silver haired man offered me a roll of bandages. I can't see his face because of the ANBU mask. All I know is that I need it to stop my bleeding. After finished covering my wounds, I look up to him. He said, "alright now?". I just nod and smile even though I know he can't see it because of my mask. He left me laying under a big tree. Resting. While my mind still looking up informations about him. For what I heard, I guess his name is Kakashi. But I can't ask him now. ANBU doesn't shout each others name in mission. It's like suicide. For what I know, after that night, he has never left my mind. Never.

"Yuki-san? Yuki-san? Are you listening?"

I heard a voice waking me up from my own mind. I look at Sakura who has been looking at me with her eyes twitched. "e-eh sorry. what did you said?".

She looks at me in disbelieve. How can a kunoichi walking unconscious and let down her guard on a mission? But she smiled back at me, "we are going to rest. it's going dark". I nod at her and start to help Iruka build the tent. I can't believe myself either. Why am I thinking about it again? What's wrong with me?
