Allison's P.O.V

All day yesterday, that secret dungeon kept me thinking. Even today it still roamed through my head.

"Hello! Anyone there?" my best friend friend Danielle asked waving her hand infront of my face.

"Yes?"

"You said that as a question, what's going on in your head?"

"What!? What are you talking about? Pssh, I'm fine! " I lied, and Dani gave a look that said ' do you think I'm an idiot!?'

"So everything's fine?"

"Yeah!, I was just thinking about our wonderful conservation!"I said giving her a fake smile.

"Oh really, then what did I say?"

"Umm, you look very pretty today?"

"Nice try, but no your wrong. Oh and thanks for the compliment, but I always look good" she said giving me a wink.

"If only we were all as beautiful as you!" I joked.

"I know, I know. But we all can't be as beautiful as moi" she said as I rolled my eyes.

"So, coming back to you, what's up? What going through your mind?"

"Ok, well..." I started as I told her about yesterday.

"Oh my god! really!? and they didn't tell you!? your their favorite and only child!!, and of course you'd be the one to fall"

"I know that's what I said! and hey! your supposed to have my back!"

"I do have your back! That's why we're going to go check it out!"

"What!?"

"What don't tell me your scared? "

"Well, Dani I'm not sure, I haven't been in there and its-"

"Bock. bock!" she started as I gave her a look.

"What! ? continue" she said as she leaned close to listen.

" I said I don't-"

"Bock bock-ka"

"Alright! let's go!"

"Yes! adventure!" she cheered grabbing my arm and dragging me.

"you do realize I can walk by myself right?"

"Fine" she said as she let go and I fell.

"Oww! what did you do that for!?"

"Me!? I did nothing!"

"You dropped me!"

"Correction! I let go of you and you fell"

"I-" I was cut of by her hand flying to my mouth. I licked her hand.

"Ew! gross! your disgusting! "

"Well your hand isn't tasty either" I laughed, but dani hushed me.

"What's your prob-"

I was cut off by her hand covering my mouth again.

"Shh! listen! " she mouthed.

"Hello? Is anyone here?" said a voice. It was my dad!

"We need to hide!" I whisper-shouted.

So we ran into a nearby room.

"Why are we hiding from your dad?"

"Because he'll ruin the plan, he'll ask where were going and as you know I'm a horrible liar!"

"Right, but he's pretty much a wimp, no offense " she laughed, " Remember when you told me he was scared of your mom" she said and we both laughed.

" yeah , I was dying! "

" So I'm a wimp now, huh?" my dad said walking into the room.

"Dad! hey!" I said

" Don't 'hey' me, what's this about me being a wimp? "

" Well remember yesterday when-"

"Yes I remember yesterday! "

"But do you remember when you freaked out about-"

"yes Ali, I did!, and what would do if your wife found out you dirtied a $1, 000 dress!?"

"Umm..."

"Exactly! I would be a dead man! do you want your mom to murder me!?" he said dramatically as we laughed.

"No dad"

"No, she can't kill the best cook!" Dani gasped

"I knew she liked me for my food, I feel so used!" he said in a girly voice. We laughed and walked out the room.

"Wait! what were you guys doing in there anyway?" ugh! so close!

"Um, well you see-" I was cut off by Dani's hand meeting my mouth again.

"Well sir, we broke a vase in the house vand weren't sure how the queen would act If she found ou-" she explained

"Yeah, I want nothing to do with this if it involves an angry wife, I prefer my wife happy so bye! good luck!"he said walking down the hallway.

"Did you see his face when I motioned your mom!?, it was priceless! " she laughed

"I know he looked like he was going to faint! or how he practically dashed out of here!" I said and we both laughed.

"Wow!" she said wiping a tear.

"You're lucky I was here to save you! god your bad!"

"Hey I'm not that bad!" and she gave me a look.

"Not that bad, really?!"

"ok I'm a bit bad"

"You were a stuttering mess! I wonder who you get it from!?"

"Ok ok,-"

"I mean you're the worst lair eve-"

"Alright I get it! are we going to or what!?" I said getting annoyed.

"Alright lets go!" she said as we headed for the dungeon.
