"Park Jimin, P-a-r-k J-i-m-i-n."

"Wonderful name! But.. we have some uh..not very wonderful news..."

"Oh..? Well, what are they then?"

"Your son has inner ear infection. He wont be able to hear from one ear. The other ear will be perfectly fine!"

"O-oh..! I-.. can we...put him up for.. adoption...?"

"Uhm, if you want to.."

"Thank you." The mother said, handing over little Jimin to the doctor.

"Now please, dont show 'Jimin' to me again.." The mother told the doctor, turning around.

"If you say so then.." And the doctor walked out.
"I hate parents like that"

5 years later...

"Aw, he's so cute!"

"He has an infected ear, and thats gross..."

"Yeah, it is kinda weird, hes not normal..."

"Well, Jason, you can leave with your son and Ill adopt this wonderful little boy."

"And thats exactly what we'll do, Lizabeth. I'll get the divorce papers ready by tommorrow. I always knew this family was broken from the start, and its all because of you." The man spat and walked out.

"Excuse me, can I adopt Jimin?"
"Of course! It'll be wonderful, you wont regret adopting little Jiminy."

4 years later... (Jimins POV)

I'm done.
Im done with being half deaf and being looked at like a freak.

Maybe its because of my skirts?
No.
Of course it cant.
Ive went through five different families in my life-span-
And im only 9.
No family has accepted me for who I am.
Except this one.
A kind, plump, short woman with her husband had taken me in as their own.
Well, they do treat me like a 5 year old. On the bright side, they accept me for wearing skirts, not knowing my sexuality, and for being deaf in my right ear.
Something was gonna change.. and what is that, you may ask?
Well, I'm sticking a stick (Pun not intended) into my ear and making myself fully deaf.
It may seem stupid at first, but! It all makes sense.
Next time you hear (Fuck another unintentional joke. Guess im just naturally funny c;) from me, Ill be full-on deaf.
