Jason looked out the window as he drove into the new region, he'd spent time tracking his family down since they had moved from when he last saw them nearly twenty years ago. Part of him hoped his family would remember him, and yet another part hoped that they didn't. Jason was a criminal before he was a soldier, he enjoyed breaking laws and hurting people. But he did his best to change that and change who he was, he was trying to be more civilized like the rest of his family. As he drove into Hope county he knew something was off, almost everything had weird symbols on them, a large sign read YES off in the hills, and there was a surprising lack of people out. Jason arrive in a little town called Fall's End around noon and was hoping to get something to eat. That's when he noticed people were setting fire to houses and executing people in the streets, Jason wasn't gonna let that happen to him. He quickly put the car in drive and sped towards the cult members, as he got close he opened his door and turned just enough to miss the civilians and hit a man with a flamethrower. "Ten points." Jason said as he continued driving, the sound of gun fire began to erupt as he sped off into out of town, and just as he figured, they were right behind him. Of course it wasn't something new for him since it had happened a year ago while working in a private job down in Mexico. Jason casually turned the radio on and tried finding a station to listen too when he heard a familiar voice come on the radio. "Hello new comer , I am the father and before you consider doing any damage to our community I'd like to offer you a chance to join us my child, if you are listening please come to our church by the lake." The Father said and of course Jason was planning on going there.
Time seemed to move slowly as he drove through the country side, and everything looked the fucking same. Jason thought he was going crazy as he passed by what seemed to be the same gas station four or five times before he finally arrived at a large white church with the same symbol he had seen all over the county. It was heavily armed and well guarded by it's "members" so fighting really wasn't an option at this point for Jason but he didn't really have to fight anyone for now. He placed the car in park as he stepped out of the vehicle and made his way slowly to the front doors of the church, Jason's appearance had changed over the years as his hair was longer and he had more tattoos. Along with a scar over his left eye he received while trying to save one of his teammates from being mauled by a lion but didn't really succeed in saving him. Jason however didn't think much about it since he didn't know the guy anyways, but it's the thought that counts right?
As Jason walked up to the doors he could hear the sermon going on inside but couldn't quiet make it out clearly, that's when he decided he'd make his entrance. Jason opened the door and brought the sermon to an abrupt pause as he walked into the large room. No one could really see him due to the sun shining behind him. A red haired man stepped forwards but was stopped by the father as he watched Jason curiously, he acted without fear as the doors closed finally revealing who it really was. "God be praised, the lord has returned him to us." The father said, Jacob's eyes widened at the man before them, Jason looked older but was really only a year younger than Jacob. "Son of a bitch...We thought you were dead..." Jacob said calmly, John smiled as he was the first to rush to greet their long lost brother. John and Jason had always had a bond greater than most of the family, Jason would steal whatever John wanted when they were younger because of how he was treated by their parents and truth be told it was Jason who killed their father.
"Jason, you're alive...We all thought you were dead, you never called us or wrote letters." John said as he continued to smile widely just like he would do when he knew Jason had a piece of caramel hidden in his pocket for when John ran out of candy. And as if Jason had planned he reached into his pocket and pulled out said piece of candy and placed it in John's hand. "I'm alive and well. At least as well as I can be nowadays." Jason said as he looked at his brothers, they looked so different since the last time he'd seen them. The brothers all smiled as they walked over to him and hugged him but something was missing, not something more like someone. Faith had been standing off in the back smiling and watching the reunion from a distance since she wasn't a blood member of the family, however Jason didn't care as he waved for her to come join them which she did. Joseph ended the sermon early due to the arrival of Jason and the others agreed they want to make up for lost time. The Seeds quickly pilled into a black SUV and decided to drive over to John's ranch since it was the nicest of all the Seed's homes, which was perfect considering Jason wanted to have enough space to fire any gun he could get his hands on. Jacob drove while Jason rode in the passenger seat with John, Joseph, and Faith in the back, everyone seemed to have their own questions and Jason didn't have many answers for them since he didn't really care to remember what he did in the past nor did he want them thinking he was a murderer. John was the first to ask a question about how many people did he kill while he was away,"265.5" Jason said,"And the .5 is because a mountain lion beat me to him after I shot him." Jacob smiled when he heard his brothers war stories because it gave him someone to connect with more since he had seen most of the same things Jacob had if not more. Now Jason wasn't much of a believer in god as the other but he was willing to put up with Josephs rambling as long as it made his brother happy, and willing to sit through John's "atonement". Faith and Jacob were the only ones that didn't preach or have their life revolve around religion. Their younger sister was still adjusting to the return of the brother whom no one had mentioned to her before but she wouldn't press to hard for information but she couldn't help but wonder about all the possibilities for not telling her.
Time skip:
As the Seed family sat at the dinner table eating Jason noticed everyone was staring at him as if he had just rose from the dead, it was weird but he could understand why. He disappeared without a trace and left everyone worried, but he did have his reasons and he knew what he was doing was right. Due to a request from Jason, Faith was starting to change, he wanted to get to know the real her not the bliss. She was afraid at first but it was only for one day and Joseph was sure she'd be the same still. However Jason knew she wouldn't be happy and smiling, eventually she'd begin going through withdrawals and everything would get worse before it got better. He'd seen it happen thousands of time in his life, which is why he wanted her to begin now so she could be done with it and not have to use that stuff on herself anymore. It contradicts everything the other three brothers worked for, the bliss helped them control the region and Jason knew it but he also knew she wouldn't need it if she had the proper help. As Jason finished eating he stood up from his chair and walked into the kitchen to clean his plate and to get another drink, after hearing about how Jacob, John, and Faith have their own region of the county they control Jason wasn't sure if they'd assign him to one of if they'd give him a part of one for himself. To be honest he didn't want his own region, he wanted his own house however. One in the woods where he wouldn't be found easily by anyone unless he told them about it, he was use to being left alone and enjoyed his privacy. "Jason..." A small voice said from behind him causing him to turn and face the cause of the voice. Faith had walked up behind him without him noticing, she looked tired and irritated yet she was still smiling and acting happy as usual. "Yeah? What ya need?" Jason said with a somewhat concerned look on his face. Faith brushed some hair away from her face as she looked down at her bare feet before speaking,"I don't feel so good, are you sure I can't take any of the bliss?". Jason could only shake his head and frown, he knew what she was going through and how hard it will be for her but he knew it was better this way. Faith nodded and left the kitchen as her smile faded, quickly running to the bathroom to get sick as her withdrawals got worse. John looked at his other brothers as she ran past them and wasn't too sure how to feel about Jason wanting to change how everything was. It didn't matter however they were happy to have their brother bak with them and knew it would only make them stronger. Joseph believed he was brought there by God to help them and if he believed it they'd all go with it, Jason however believed he just wanted to see his family again. While Jason did the dishes from dinner the other talked about where he'd be staying for the time being and John was the first to offer his home as a place to stay for a while, everyone agreed upon the arrangement and John went to tell Jason about it. "Jason, you'll be staying here for now until he get your home built to your liking if that's fine with you." John said as he helped up the dishes up. "Sounds fine by me, besides I saw a few cops heading this way earlier so I think the closer to everyone will be the best option. I don't need to be so far away if anything goes down." Jason said as he looked over at his younger brother. With that being said the siblings parted way and went back to their homes for the night, John went to his room and Jason went to one of the guest rooms to sleep.
