I woke up to something dripping on my face.

"Aaaarghhhhh!" I screamed. My dog Alexander was staring down at me. I looked at the clock, 8:30 I didn't plan on sleeping all day, oh well. I pulled myself up from my bed and went to wash the dog drool from my face.

I walked in the bathroom looking at myself. I saw my long red hair in a lump on top of my head and my bright green eyes staring back at me. My pale skin was dotted with freckles, and drool. I dipped my head in the sink and washed the sleep from my eyes.

I walked out of the bathroom and looked out the window. The sky was a indigo and The moon was full. I shivered, winter lasts too long.

"Anna!"

I sigh, " What is it Charlie?" He walked in. My 16 year old brother was tall and had almost silver hair. But what caught most peoples attention was his piercing blue eyes, they were nothing like my soft green ones. Charlie looks like our uncle, but we haven't ever met him.

"I see you finally decided to wake up, well dinners in the kitchen," he said.

"Where are you going?" I asked.

"Out with Sarah," he said while walking out the door. Sarah was Charlie's girlfriend.

I walked down stairs to the kitchen to eat, I walked passed a picture of my parents on the wall. My mom and dads evident flaming red hair and big smiles stared back at me. I have my parents hair, but otherwise I look nothing like them. My dad told me I look like my aunt Lily, I have never met her but my parents used to tell me loads of stories about her. I missed my parents, they left and never came home, 2 weeks later we were informed they had died. I was twelve, but that was two years ago. We have tried looking for our aunt, but know one has heard of anyone named Lily Evans. So now it's just Charlie and I.

When I walked in the kitchen a horrid smell pierced my nose, there was some sort of soup concoction in the pot that didn't look very appetizing.

"Charlie why do I ever let you do the cooking?" I grabbed an apple and began to head back upstairs, just then Alexander ran in looking frightened.

"What's wrong boy?" I asked. He just whimpered.

That's when I heard a crash at my front door. What was going on?! I heard footsteps, realizing my feet were planted in the same spot I dropped the apple, grabbed Alexander, and slowly walked towards the basement. I locked the basement door and hid behind the couch. Alexander kept whimpering.

"Shhhh, boy you have to be quiet," I whispered. I heard more heavy footsteps upstairs, and a lot of crashing. Whoever it was they p must have been looking for something. Suddenly someone was banging down the stairs. No, no ,no ,no please no, I thought. There was a murmur at the basement door and then it was blasted open. Footsteps pounded down the stairs.

How is that even possible?!

"Where do you think she is?" It was deep voice, that sounded angry.

"We'll just check everywhere, we have to find her," This time it was a girl's voice.

Just then the couch was pushed aside and a girl with bubblegum pink hair was looking down at me.

"Hi, I'm Tonks," she said smiling.
