the force leading the whole city is very oppressive; homophobic as you would imagine, with many other obnoxious rules including lack of freedom of press and speech
they were all forced to make twitter accounts to follow up with city wide updates and they are not allowed to use them for anything else
the kim siblings, hyunjin jungeun and jiwoo, all are in a resistance. haseul leads alongside someone else, and other members include yeojin and chaewon
as for the others, they are just casual obedient citizens who abide to their responsibilities. sooyoungs closest friend is heejin, but they also associate with kahei, jinsol, yerim, and hyejoo as well
