The war (book one of saviour) a Warriors fan-fic

chapter 6

Suddenly a cat jumps in front of us. "Who are you and why are you here." The she cat says as I notice that she only has one eye, the other was scratched out. " hello Nora, if you can remember I'm Maplestar. A friend of Aiko's, if you won't bring us to him he will hear about it, and he is your mate non the less. Your mother is yogi and you never knew your father, I saved you from Fox's when you were a kit." My father responds not even sounding surprised. She nodds and starts to lead us somewhere, with a twitch of her tail three others come out and surround us. One is a pure white tom with green eyes, another is a long black haired she cat, and the other is a red She cat that was glaring at sunspot. Wonder what happened between them, I mean sunspot keeps glancing at her. Hey wasnt Dovetail telling me a story about how sunspot had a fight with her sister Flarefoot and ended up being the reason that Flarefoot left saying that she wasnt going to come back. Yah well with how they are behaving I have to say, she has to be Flarefoot. I sneak over to where my father was in the middle of the group. "Father is that cat Flarefoot?" I ask him motioning towar the red she cat. "Yes her name is now just Flare she hates the name Flarefoot." He whispered to me. I nod realising that we must be there because there are more cats, and there are little dens. " Are these thunderclan cats mommy. Because I will kick there butts if they aren't and are causing trouble!" I hear a kit exclaim. I look at where the kit is and see a den, inside the den you can make out two cats. One is small, the kit and the other is a bigger cat, probably the mother. "Maz they can hear you, besides I do beleave that the one in the middle is Maplestar. They are thunderclan, Aiko will take care of them." I hear another cat mew, the bigger one of the two in the den. Then the one she called Maz nods and walks to where I cant see her anymore. I hear someone preparing to attack me from behind. I look without letting him see me, I see a pure black tom. As he jumps I turn to the left and run a few steps forword. I hear a crash and turn seeing the tom on the ground with a tom that has extremely short white hair. "Devlin get off of me, you need to work on your stealth she heard you crouching down. She saw you and planned what she was going to do, thats how she beat you." The white tom says. "Wait you were there the whole time Aiko, why didn't you warn me." Says The one called Devlin. "Wait how did you know that I saw him, then started to plan. And I didn't beat him I simply dodged his attack." I tell the one devlin called Aiko. He nodds then turns to Maplestar saying,  "let me guess you have come here to see if i'll help you in the war and leave this area so that windclan can come here, I've heard your warriors talking about this." Maplestar nods as Aiko continues, "I will help you in the war as long as we can stay at your camp." Maplestar thinks about it for a while before saying, "can we stay here for a few days so that I can think it over Aiko is that alright." Aiko didn't hesitate saying, "of course you helped me and we'll help you." Aiko walks over to a tree trunk announcing, "all of us gather around the trunk for a gathering." He pauses for them all to gather before continuing, "okay so these four thunderclan cats are going to stay for a while so we are introducing ourselves." He says "My name is Aiko I am first in command, Devlin is second in comand, Cayden is third in command, my mate is Nora, Devlins is Max with their daughter maz, Caydens is flare or as some of you might know her flarefoot. Nora's mother is yogi whose mate is unknown. Nix used to be a kittypet but ran away, her mate is Frost. Nora as you could see is missing an eye, she fot it clawed out by a fox when she was a kit, but thanks to Maplestar she lived. Thats all, you can all go back to whatever you were doing." As he said their names they would step forword out of a line they were in. As soon as he said that they could leave they all went back to where they were. Max comes up to me with maz and asks, "Maz wanted someone to play with but she would only say she wanted to play with you, oh sorry whats your name." I respond by saying, "my name is whitepaw, im the medicine cats apprentice and I would be delighted to play with Maz, how old is maz." "She's five moons old six on the next full moon. Well I have to go have fun both of you." Max tells us, we nod before she asks, "do you want a tour of our little camp." I nod and so she leads me around telling me which dens are what, they all looked the same to me. After she took me on the tour she had to leave. Nora comes to show us to our sleeping area. Before she left she motions me over. I walk over there and she says, "I know who my father is, its Dovetail can you please tell him that Yogi misses him and that his daughter who never knew him also misses him, but only if we can't go to your camp. Oh and please don't tell anyone else." I nod as she turns and leaves. I walk back to our sleeping area to find Shadowpelt and sunspot asleep, my father was awake but half asleep. I curl up in my little nest type thing and eventually fall asleep. I dream of a world of peace, where the clans didn't have a war, where clans weren't destroyed. I wake up to Shadowpelt pawing me in the stomach. I sit up and she motions me to follow her so I do. It is almost moonhigh when we reach the moontree, the others were already here. "Ok well now that we are all here lets go." Says an impatiant nightdream. The rest all nod so Slowly one by one we went and entered the dream area. I go into pitch black before I am in the one camp thing again. "Hello whitepaw as you could guess already I am spottedleaf, I must tell you to make the right decision, you will know what I mean soon. Well I have to go and you have to wake up now" as spottedleaf says that I go into the blackness before waking up. As usual I am the first to wake up. I look atound before grooming myself. After a while they all woke up, and had gone their sepret way. Me and Shadowpelt make it back just as cats started to wake up. We go into our den and act like we just woke up. After everyone is awake Maplestar comes over to me and asks, "can we please talk in private." I nod and he leads the way. Once we are away from any cats he asks, "what do you think, should we have them help us and be in our camp while windclan goes to their camp or keep it the way it is." ~well if we have them help us then we will have a higher chance at defeating them, but if it stays the same i'll be able to still talk to nightdream on a regular basis. But we need all the help we can so I shoul go with them in our camp, but would the others be okay with that. Well there are less cats than windclan I think so it should be okay.~ after I think about it I say, "let them help us then we will have two allies and a higher chance to either win this war or what I want to happen, to stop this war." Father nods and motions that I can go. I go to where I see Maz playing outside, and start to play with her. After awhile I see father go to Aiko and start talking to him, I knew what they were talking about so I just continued playing with Maz. Another while later Aiko calls a gathering and so I walk over to my clanmates while they all line up again. "Maplestar has desided that we will go back to their camp with them, but we have to wait hidden in trees for them to have windclan leave, whitepaw will come out and tell us that we can go in when all of the windclan cats have left, which he said might take a day or two because they have a lot of kits. But we won't mind, we will leave tomorrow morning. well thats all rogues and clan cats dismissed." Aiko announced from the tree trunk again. I walked over to Shadowpelt and said, "do we need herbs before we leave?" She looks at me nods and says, "we need catmint it is almost leafbare." Right now it was leaffall fast turning to leafbare. I nod and we set off, me following her because she knew the way and I didn't. Once we get to the twoleg dens we hear a cat say, "come on Iris, do you want me, kissa, pine, or fluffy to carry jayne, erika is carrying Amol. We have to get going, pine knows these woods and he says he recognises the scent of Aiko, Devlin, and cayden." It was coming from the bushes. Suddenly a white tom appears. He sees us and says, "Aida keep the others is the bushes." I turn toward him saying, "you were talking about the rogues, is that where your trying to go, we are the thunderclan medicine cats. We can help you to them if you help us get some catmint." He nods and says, "ok wait right here we might be a while oh and my name is pine." As we sat down shadowpelt tells me, "nice quick thinking, smart idea to." I nod silently. After a while Pine comes back with another white cat, it was a she-cat, and a tom that doesn't have any fur, but has something green that seems to keep him warm on his body. They are all carrying catmint, they put it down in front of us. Pine then says, "the white one is Aida, and the hairless one is kissa, they are mates, their daughter Iris is the blue purple cat, the she kit is also their daughter called jayne.  Erika is the black cat, her mate fluffy is the fluffy black tom. Then there is Amol who is a kit, his parents, well no one knows who they are. We are running from the twolegs or housefolk as some call them, I was a rogue, I was stolen from the others." We nod and shadowpelt says, "I am shadowpelt and this is whitepaw, as we said before we are the thunderclan medicine cats, whitepaw is my apprentice, we are staying with the rogues and we are bringing the rogues with us to our camp tomorrow morning. Just follow us." We pick up the catmint and lead the way back. When we get close to camp Aiko appears saying, "I thought I smelled an old friend, Pine wonderdul to see you, shadowpelt, whitepaw you can go back to camp, Nora said she had a stomach bug and Nix won't leave her den, and won't let anyone in saying she needed you." We nod and hurry into camp, We see Nora laying by the stump. Me and shadowpelt share a look meaning I grab the herbs and she goes over there. I go to where we had some herbs and grab some, chervil roots, juniper berries, poppy seeds, and watermint. I run to where they are and set the herbs down. Shadowpelt grabs the watermint and poppy seeds, she chews the water mint into a pulp and mix some poppy seeds into it. She then walks over to Nora and tells her something, it must of helped because Nora then ate the pulp. Shadowpelt comes over to me nods and heads towards nix's den. We stop at the entrance so that shadowpelt can say, "It's me, shadowpelt and whitepaw can we come in." After a while we here "only you two no-one else." From somewhere in the den so we enter. We walk to the back and see nix laying down, she sees us and says, "I'm having kits for the first time, can you help me make it so that I don't yowl in pain." We nod as I run and get the needed herbs, when I come back she is almost yowling but she had stuffed some moss in her mouth. She spits the moss out and eats the herbs I give her. After awhile she has two beautiful kits one black Tom and one white she cat. She decided that she wanted the rest of the rogues to help name then. I stayed in the den while shadowpelt went to go tell them, she was telling frost first as he is the father. I made sure they were ok and healthy before I went to my den falling asleep right away. I wake up to hear someone screaming, "MY KITS! WHERE ARE MY KITS! NOOOOOOOOOO!" then I just hear sobbing, I wake shadowpelt and we rush out there. We see Nix sobbing over a heap, when we get closer we realise that they were the kits, I walk up to nix and ask her, "do you want me to get frost, then the others." She nods after a moment and flops down. I go to frost's den and wake him up telling him what happened, he ran out and lays down by nix. I slowly wake everyone up, after the sun rises we bury the kits and start to head off towards our home camp. We walk through a lot of woods before we reach the point that they have to hide In the trees and we split up, them hiding in the trees, oh and now they had the kittypets that had joined along. We go into camp, me and shadowpelt head to the medicine den as Maplestar calls a meeting, we already knew what he was saying so we don't go. Sunspot headed off to the nursery, probably making sure that the apprentices had cleaned it up. After a few days all of the windclan cats had left so I went out and gathered up all of the rogues/kittypets now rogues. I bring them in and Maplestar introduces everyone of his cats and Aiko introduced his. After it's been a few days it has gotten normal for the rest of the clan to have then there.
______________________________________ hi sorry that this is way late, my old phone broke and I had to get a new one, this only really took my four or five days to actually write and about a week to come up with a few things, my next chapter will be late because I have a small case of writers block for this fanfic, I need to go back and read a book or two.
