A New Friend To Play With

Reader's POV

I want to know how it feels like to have friends. But the thing is, I am the only young vampire that is existed. Well, that is what my brothers say.

I look at my window, feeling lonely present in my heart. I don't want to play with Yui because I still hate her. Yui has avoided me which is good and because my brothers warn her if she ever comes near me, they will kill her no matter what fathers says.

Suddenly a knock was heard. "Hey (y/n). It's me," Subaru said. "Come in," I told him because maybe he needs some help with something. He comes in and founds me looking at the window looking sad.

"Are you feeling lonely?" He ask out of the blue. "Y-Yeah. I don't have any friends about my age" I look down sadly. "Well, let's go to the park. Maybe we will find someone who is the same age as you," he said. I look up at him and smile.

I get ready and wear (outfit) and a pair of shoes. I run downstairs and saw that Subaru is ready. I hold his hand so that I don't get separated from him.

After we arrive at the park, we play for a little while until I heard a voice.

"H-Hello? Is anyone there?" I ask feeling afraid. It was a girl around 8 years old. She has a blond hair and a pretty tattoo on her right hand. I was feeling relieve and I immediately introduce myself.

"Hi, my name is (y/n). I am 6 years old," I said to her and hold up 6 fingers showing I am 6 years old. "Hi, my name is Jamie Heartfillia. I am 8 years old. Nice to meet you," she said. "Nice to meet you, Jamie. Can we play together?" I ask tilting my head. "Sure, if your brother lets us play together though, ehehe..."she laugh nervously.

I look up at Subaru. "Brother, can I play with Jamie? Pretty pleaaaase, with a cherry on top?" I look at him with puppy eyes. He blush a little and nodded. I squeal and hug him. "I love you, big brother." I said to him.

I hold Jamie's hand and drag her to the merry-go-round. I drag my brother too since no one will feel left out. I ask big brother if he can move the merry-go-round. He nodded and me and Jamie sat on top of the merry-go-round in a slow and calming speed.

After the merry-go-round, I ask if all of us can play the slides. Jamie agrees but big brother says that he wants to sit on the benches. He went to one of the bench and sat there looking out for any danger. Me and Jamie enjoy our time on the slides. We even imagine that we were pirates, which was really fun.

After a while, Jamie's mother comes and called for her. I look at Jamie sadly, "Are you going to be here tomorrow? Same time as just now..." I ask her. "Of course I will be here tomorrow! Because you are fun to be around with. Plus, you are a vampire such as me," she grinned at me.

I look at her shocked. "H-How did you know I was a vampire? I didn't tell anyone," I was afraid what will she react. "Well, I can sense vampires. The same goes to every vampire. But you are still little so your senses are still developing," she explains.

I hug her and promise to meet her tomorrow. We both wave goodbye to each other and went home. I was happy I finally have a friend.

"Big brother, I hope I can have more friends in the nearest future." I look up at him. "He smiled. "You will have more friends. Don't worry." He said and we went home.

I showered and wear my nightgown. I run to Shuu, "Big brother Shuu, can you tuck me in to bed?" I ask him. He lazily nodded and stand up. We walk to my room and went to my bed. Shuu tucked me in and kissed my forehead. "Goodnight, my little harmony. Sweet dreams." He whisper and left to his room.

I was immediately surrender to the darkness and dream of playing with Jamie and a lot of new friends. It also has my brothers playing together. It was the best dream I ever had.
