~3rd person pov~ Long ago before the industrial revolution, before the hero of Brightwall, there was a young man about 19 years old named Reaver, he was a pirate and loved money and he is the hero of skill, It is said that he would capture ships by shooting the captain from across the water no matter the distance or conditions. The more impossible the shot was, the faster the crew would surrender, this earned him the title of pirate king, in his home town of Oakvale he was known by everyone, he would frequent the taverns and drink his fill, wemon would throw themselves to him, but there was none who he fell for, that is until he met Her, he thought he met every woman in town but he was wrong. She had Red hair and blue eyes, she was beautiful, her name was Rose,

At the time, you see, she went by many names but never by her real name, who is she really? No one knows but she traveled from place to place looking for her next victim, she was a gold digger and a widower, she would marry rich men then murder them in there sleep, and now she has her eyes set on the richest man in Oakvale, reaver! She pretended to work for the tavern that reaver would frequent and serve him drinks, she acted sweet and nice to him, but none of it was real, to her anyways, to reaver it was and he was a fool to believe it to be real. He visited her every day and bought flowers for her and slowly but surely she fell for him, but how? This had never happened to her before, she had never loved any one before, maybe it's because of who reaver is? She had heard stories of him being a pirate and how he is the best shooter ever, her plan was simple because she had done it many times, get the man to fall for her, marry him, kill him and take his money, that's how it always went but not this time, she had not realized it yet but reaver had a plan of his own, over the past few weeks he fell hard for Rose and wanted her for himself, he would see men trying there luck with her and failing, he wanted to live an eternity with her, make her immortal too, so he decided to marry her. Reaver and Rose got married and rose was going to kill reaver but decided not too, she had fallen too in love with him, but she had a secret that not even reaver knew about, she was immortal just like reaver because of the shadow court. One day reaver goes to the shadow court and they tell him that in order to keep him immortal for another few centuries he had to sacrifice everyone in Oakvale! He was sad that he had to give up his home for immortality, but what he did not know was Rose made the same deal, once reaver said yes then the entire town was destroyed and became a swamp lands that will later be known as Wraithmarsh, reaver had thought that his love had died and he was heartbroken, he went on with his life. Rose had not been killed though, she was immortal and fled Oakvale before it was destroyed, she had thought that reaver had died because he had vanished. Rose's pov After the destruction of Oakvale I headed for someplace new, a place called Brightwall village were i changed my name to Annette, I wound up living there for a few years working in a bar then moving to a different town by a new name for centuries, watching people grow old and die, many men tried to win me over but every one of them had failed, i have my gold wedding ring on a necklace, the only one i kept, i truly did love reaver, now he is gone and i'm alone right? then one day i hear a rumor that my love , reaver, is still alive ?!? no! that's not possible! the shadow court said no one survived! hmm, he lives in Bloodstone?! i am technically still married to him, lets go visit my husband heh, i left the small town i was in and traveled threw bandit infested forests and the Wraithmarsh swamp that used to be Oakvale and to Bloodstone, the banshees were not a problem for me, i got to bloodstone fairly easily and found a burned down mansion and know one knows were reaver went, well shit! i sighed and went to a place called Millfields, i dressed up in the stupid hillbilly get up and got a house that is also a tattoo shop, over the next few years i went by the name of Brenda summers, then i heard that my Reaver now lives in Millfields?!?! no way! that's outside the small town i'm in at! what luck?! it takes me little to no time to get to the huge mansion, my heart skips a beat and i smirk, my new home, i go up to the mansion and i see reaver talking to someone, his servant? he looks at me and i mentally prepare myself for him to be happy that i'm alive, but instead he looks at me and said:" a new servant? just in time, the last one uh.....slipped and fell down the stairs, do be a darling and clean that little mess up oh and get my room cleaned well i'm gone", i cant believe this?! he did not even recognize me?! i watched him leave and i asked the servant were reaver was going and he said to the palace, apparently the king and queen had died a few years ago and there older son became the king, i followed reaver to the castle unseen and i dressed up as a maid and pretended to work and know one noticed! i watched reaver for a while and i noticed how close he is to the princess.......i decided to stick around for a while with out being seen , over the past few weeks i see reaver spending a lot of time with the princess, i really don't like it, i've spent time around them by getting the princess stuff, i hate it, then the princess got kidnapped and reaver went to look for her, this makes me very angry, i then work and wait and i wind up working in the princess's room and i find her diary and my eyes go wide, she is in love with MY REAVER! i wont stand for it! i find out that they went to an island after the thing with the mercenaries, so well they were away i took some time off and went to the shadow court, in order to get in you must have the dark seal, every member has one, once there in Wraithmarsh i head to the shadow court with some random wench i found to sacrifice, this should be the 50th one this month, normally you only need a few to stay young for a while, but i had recently found out that i am some sort of hero of will, I've always been able to use magic such as fire and lightning and the shadow court trains me to be there dark champion so to speak, by killing this woman i would be given my will marks (looks like lightning) on my arms, legs, neck, body and my eyes would change from blue to what ever color my will marks are, one there i sacrifice the wench and i feel enormous amounts of power! then my will marks appeared glowing red and my eyes red, but then they turned normal and the shadow court told me the marks and color only appears if i use my will skill, no one not even reaver knows my powers of will, i return back to the castle in the maids outfit and my new false name even though I've secretly kept the name Rose ever since i married Reaver, once there i see a ship with reaver and the princess on it and i start planing my evil plan to kill the whore princess who thinks she can steal my husband!
