Time Freeze
Type: Emitter
Ability: The user can freeze everything around them with one single look. The user can also bring people into the time freeze so they aren't frozen in time.
· If only 1 eye see's something the lesser the time limit's going to be
Drawbacks: If you use your quirk to often you will mostly likely faint or be temporarily blind. You can use the quirk three times after that you have to wait 10 minutes untill you can use it again.
