At Laura's House,In bedroom)

Laura-(On laptop when she gets a call)Who's this?(Checks and sees its her friend vennessa)What could she possibly want?

Laura-Texting is better than calling you know?

Vennessa-Oh so that's the new way of greeting huh?

Laura-Haha so funny(sarcastic tone) Ok seriously what do you want?

Vennessa-Dress up I'm picking you up in 10.

Laura-WHAT?!?Why??

Vennessa-(snickers) Ethan's party duh!!!

Laura-Wait?Ethan from our school is throwing a party?

Vennesa-Yes!!

Laura-Hold on, Ethan the schools best football player is throwing a Party and he invited two lowlife's like us to come???

Vennessa-As much as I hate the way you said that I have to say yes...So are you coming?

Laura-Of course not!!!!Plus he didn't even invite me!!And I'm too lazy to get dressed!

Vennessa-Technically he did invite you because he invited me And you know that there's no place I'll go without you,And yes you are coming whether you like out or not!And if your lazy ass can pick up this call then it surely can walk to the closet and get dressed!!

Laura-(Quiet at first but speaks up) Vennessa please don't make me go.plus you know how I act around boys and I've...never been to such party before

Vennessa-Which is why you have me...I'll be there in a few.

Then the line goes silent.

I sigh as I slam my phone face down on my bed. I knew I had no option if Vennessa says I'm going there's no backing out of it.

I run my hands through my messy hair as I get up.I walk over to my closet and slide it open,My eyes scan through all the shameful clothes I had...yep nothing here.

I close my closet door shut and walk into my bathroom.I turn on the lights and notice I'm facing the mirror.

My complexion didn't surprise me at all,My hair was messy and looked as of it hadn't been brushed for a year, and my face...don't even get me started

I turn on the knob and wash my face,Then I turn on the shower take off my clothes till I'm in my bra and underwear and head inside the tub.

Now the only thing you hear is water peering and my singing echoing in the whole bathroom.

(30 minutes later)

I step out of the tub,I grab my robe from aside and wear it on and my towel and wrap it on my hair.

I open the bathroom door and walk out the bathroom into my room.

I walked into the room and almost had a heart attack at the sight sitting on the edge of my bed.

"V-vennessa??" I stuttered while squinting to see of it was really her.

Vennessa-Yes...

Laura-My goodness you almost killed me by heart attack (walks over to her and gives her a hug)

Vennessa-(hugs back but ends it)Ok so...hurry up and change...

Laura-Err...ok..I could try to putt something together....(walks over to closet)
