Have you ever heard the true story of little red riding hood? Well I have, so let me tell you all about it...

Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Rosie. She loved cooking and playing but most of all she loved her Grandmother named Maysise. Ever since Rosie was a little girl she was always with her Grandmother. When she was 5 years old her parents were walking home from the market when a huge buff man nicknamed Wolf kidnapped them and held them hostage. After a week or so he killed them and buried her parents under a field of flowers. With that said, lets start with something positive after that.

One day, about a week ago, Rosie was visiting her Aunt and Uncle in the village on the other side of the forest. Word came to them that Grandmother Maysise was sick so Rosie's Aunt and Uncle sent her home through a short cut into the woods. As Rosie was about to leave her Aunt stopped her and gave her a basket with some food to help Grandmother Maysise get better.

"Be careful Rosie! Remember the wolf lives in the part of the woods you're going through. Here, I made this for you," said Rosie's Aunt as she handed Rosie a blood red hooded cape.

"I will, and thank you Auntie!" said Rosie as she puts the cape on and headed out the door. "Good bye!" said her Aunt and Uncle in unison.

Rosie left in a hurry to get away from them as fast as she could down the short cut. She was about a quarter of the way through when, bam, she was knocked out cold. It was Wolf! He knocked her out.

Ever since Rosie was a little girl, Wolf loved her. He got rid of her parents so that he could have her for himself. Roslie thought he might but it was confirmed when he took her.

When Rosie came to, she was tied up to a chair with Wolf pacing back and forth in front of her. "Wolf, untie me right now!"

"Why should I?" he asked.

"Because I know you like me. If you love something or someone you need to let them free, that is why."

"Oh, I like you but I am not letting you go."

"Why?" She yelled getting impatient.

"Because I want you for myself!"

"But what about me and what I want? HUH?

"I want you to at least be my friend," said the wolf.

"I will if you let me go."

"Maybe," he said, then Rosie blacked out. Next thing she knew it was about a week later and she was laying in a field of flowers in the middle of the woods.

"Are you okay?" asked a voice. "I don't know" said Rosie. "Who are you?"

"I am your mother, dear, but that's not important right now. Go to your grandmother, now!" said the ghost of her mother. "It's of great urgency that you go right now." Her mom said.

"Ok" Rosie faltered. "I love you mommy" Rosie said on the verge of tears. "I love y-" then her mom disappeared. Rosie started sobbing. She missed her Mom and Dad but she did what her Mom said. As she stood up she saw a bouquet of flowers in her basket with a note on top of it. It read "We love you little one. Love Mommy and Daddy XOXO". That was it, that was the last straw. Her sadness turned to anger and she picked up her basket and started running as fast as she could, faster than she ever had in her entire life.

When Rosie got to the door of her Grandmother's house she realized that the door was opened a few inches. She reached into her basket and pulled out a silver pistol that her Uncle gave her when she was 10 years old.

Her uncle taught her how to shoot in case this ever happened and she was glad he did. Rosie cocked back the little lever, she was ready to fire. As she slowly crept into and around the house she heard footsteps heading towards Grandmother Maysise's bed room. They stopped, They stopped! The only bad thing was it stopped in her Grandmother's room. Rossie crept faster towards the bedroom afraid of what she might find.

She stood in the doorway of the small room in fright. What she saw was unbelievable, it was wolf standing at the side of her Grandmother's bed watching her sleep. Rosie held up the pistol and pointed it at wolf. Time stopped.

Rosie had tons of thoughts going through her head but only one was absolute. "He killed my parents. He needs to pay the price." When she heard her mom and dads voices telling her "What ever you do it will haunt you for the rest of your life! Choose wisely little one."

"I did" she said as she pulled the trigger just as wolf realized she was there.

Should I write this story out? Instead of a short story? Oooh that'd be interesting. Let me know what you think.
