Tyler's P.O.V
School ended within the twinkle of an eye. It was quite interesting especially my history class. I got the highest mark in our project for this week. It's fun to be smart; but come to think of it, Mia is actually a braniac. She's meant to be a nerd.

I walk up to my car and find sticky notes pasted on each corner. I took one of it and it read thus
"This is just a tip of the iceberg TYLER JACKSON!"
I chuckled and began to remove them one by one. They were really hard to remove.
I'll kill the soul that did this.

Just then, Derrick came laughing
"I thought you were gonna get Mia?" He said giving a wink "she's fallen for me already"
I paused "Look Derrick, I'm not in the mood for shits"
He punched me and ran off
"Bastard" I muttered.

Okay okay I haven't told you about me yet. I usually have silly anger issues at times. I don't know why but it's my personality. But still, girls love to flirt around and fuck with me and I end up breaking their hearts leaving them to fall at my feet. Trust me, I'm actually very pretty. I guess you would want to see me anytime soon.
I drove home. I began to think about my family. They make me have mixed feelings.
Beginning with Mr Daniel Jackson that calls himself my f*****g father. He isn't meant to be one.
Next is my mom, she's the best. But she freaks me out most times and I treat her like some piece of crap. Unfair right? Well, she's used to me already.
After her is Brittany, my step elder sister. We aren't close but I still love her very much. She's the only one that understands.
Well that's my family. I know you'll be expecting something better but
that's all I can tell you for now.
I don't know anything about myself and it's not actually funny.
I rang the doorbell twice and nobody answered. I wonder what mom is doing at this time.
The door opened "Hey Tyler" Brittany says giving a broad smile. She's beautiful.
I smile back and give her a warm hug "Hi"
"You seem tired. Go freshen up and have lunch"
I actually didn't have appetite for food. "I'm fine"
"Uh Tyler, my best friend Bella is coming over with her niece and nephew. So get ready, we have to give them a warm welcome" Brittany said briskly
"Mia is coming over? " I ask rhetorically. There was no reply.
This would be fun.

Mia's P.O.V
"Hello Brittany" Aunt Bella said giving her best friend a hug
"Come in" she invites "This is Mia and Henry right? " she asked for clarification
We nodded in unison. "Hi" I said
She smiles at me then Henry "you're welcome. What would you like?"
"We're not guests so don't treat us like one " aunt Bella said smacking brittany's butt
Henry giggles and I smile. Best friends goals
Tyler wiggles his eyebrows at me and walk up to my aunt " Hi"
"Look who's here " aunt Bella said facing me "your project partner "
I know that.
"Hi" I said reluctantly
"Could you guys excuse us?I'd prefer only Henry here " Brittany said. She knew what she was doing but I didn't care. I guess I don't like her.
I put on a fake smile "Of course"
"What a b***h" I muttered and left. The house here is very nice. The gardens, pools, cars and play ground. I guess they're rich.
I walked to the garden and began to inhale the sweet scent of the roses. It felt wonderful. I wished I could become a Florist. Flowers are beautiful creatures.
"I wonder what she's up to " someone said.
I recognized the voice immediately.
Tyler's.
I looked back and found him scrutinizing me. He rested his hand on Derrick's shoulder.
"You?" I said staring at Derrick
He smirks "Who does it look like? "
I fold my arms in suspicion " I wonder what you both are up to "
Tyler's fair complexioned face turns pale " I thought you're mad at me. You're obviously supposed to. I stole your write up "
I chuckled "No one messes with Mia and gets free "
He arched a perfect brow "So the little girl is all grown. ..... How nice "
"She did put those sticky notes..."
Derrick said until I gave him an eye contact
"Come again say what?" Tyler asked curiously
Derrick ran his fingers through his hair. He was about saying something when I walked up to Tyler fearlessly " and what's wrong?" I asked rolling my keys round my index finger " I put those sticky notes on your car with Derrick's help "
Tyler nodded frantically "I see."
Derrick buried his head in his palms
"No wonder you fell for him" Tyler said impressively like he caught a fish.
I became lost "You can't be serious"
"Of course I am" Tyler snapped back "Right Derrick?"
Derrick swallowed hard "Look Mia I. .......I really like you".

Derrick's P.O.V
"That should be an expensive joke " Mia said and laughed. Tyler joined her.
"I'm f*****g serious!" I exclaimed out of frustration. "I can't just get you out of my head. You're stuck there "
Mia became shocked "Come on Derrick, I just needed your help to teach this fool a lesson" she said and flipped her hair backwards.
Gosh, she's damn gorgeous.
"Just give me a chance " I begged "please Mia"
She sighed "Derrick I'm sorry I can't do this. I mean,you and Stacey have a thing".
Stacey is my girlfriend but I only need her when I want to fuck.
"Mia I really can't do without you "
I said. I knew I wasn't being real because I only wanted to get in her pants and collect some bucks from Tyler. It's our plan but trust me I'm a good pretender. I wonder why she isn't falling for my charms .

"You're a foolish f**k boy Derrick "
Mia said " I can't fall for either you or Tyler, Got it?" She says and walk away swaying her hips from side to side.
"Ouch" Tyler said and laughed hard "She's really hard to get"
I felt defeated "I'll get you".
