1:Unforgiveable Betrayal

Reader:
I will never ever forget that day. The day everything changed...

My eyes fluttered open only to be blinded by the beaming sun which shone through my bedroom window. Speedily, I tugged at the curtains pulling them shut in the process.

I yawned sleepily as I sat up. My h/c hair was in a wild mess. It was common for me to have bed hair so I shrugged it off. Suddenly, I heard a loud ping!

I logged into my phone, which perched upon my bedside table, to see a message from my best friend called Erica.

Erica: Do you want to come to the mall with me and Charlotte today at 11?

I clambered onto my bed frame to read the calendar. I ran my finger along the different days until a got to the right day (September 8th). I grabbed a red marker pen and crossed of the previous day so I didn't get confused.

I replied to the message: Sure thing!

(Time skip to 11)

I waited outside the imposing, glass building filled with shops known as the mall. "Hey y/n!" Chirped a familiar voice. I turned to see Erica and Charlotte. Charlotte was one of the popular girls and counted as a 'plastic' but she was super sweet and kind and treated me equally to her bratty friends, Elise and Kendall.

Charlotte had flowing, black hair and emerald green eyes. Her pale cheeks were decorated with baby pink blush and her lips were glossed with sparkly, bubblegum pink lipstick. She wore a black belly top and black leggings as well was black and white converse.

Erica had ash, shoulder length hair that was platted into a ponytail. She had ocean coloured eyes. She wore vibrant, pink lipstick and long, fake eyelashes. She was dressed in a teal belly top, a jet black choker, white shorts and white, holographic sliders.

"Hi." I responded flatly. Charlotte chuckled sweetly at my flatness. My cheeks tinted pink at Charlotte's sweet chuckle.

We walked into the giant building. I stood close to Erica, who was in between me and Charlotte, as we stared in amazement at the amount of shops. Suddenly, I heard an excited gasp.

"Victoria secret!" Gasped Charlotte. We all turned to face her. "Can we go in?! Please!" She begged frantically.
"Charlotte I don't know. We aren't all as wealthy as-" I was cut off by Erica speaking. "Let's do it Charlie!" Squealed Erica and the two dashed ahead of me into the shop.

With an uneasy feeling, I walked into the shop. Charlotte seemed to be interested in a rose pink dressed.

I stood behind a rack of expensive clothes and watched Erica and Charlotte.

"Hmm which one the pink dress or the blue one?" Questioned Erica.
"I know! I can wear the pink one, you wear the blue one then we can twin!" Exclaimed Charlotte cheerfully.

Erica pointed to a mint green dress that was the same design as the ones Charlotte and her liked. "Y/n could wear that one! Then we could triplet!" Giggled Erica. Charlotte smirked meanly. "That loser wouldn't be able to afford that trash and anyway she would look similar to a toad in it so what's the point." Remarked Charlotte. I gulped waiting for Erica to stand up for me besides she was my best friend.

"You are so right! I can't believe I was friends with that loser!" Agreed Erica. It felt as if my legs were going to give out on me. I felt like I was going to fall and die. A lump formed at the back of my throat as depression stole me.

Silent tears streamed down my cold cheeks. I looked up and down the isle Erica and Charlotte were on. It was empty. I chuckled evilly. My despair became rage.
