The Boy of the Ocean - Klance

Chapter 1

In this world, there is a force so powerful that it can control the ocean with just a wink of its eye. He does not really have a name and no one knows were he comes from, he has just always been there. He never grew old, never showed any wrinkles and as time passed he would stay by the ocean and make massive storms that could make a whole town go under. People called him a monster and some called him a new god, but he mostly called himself the boy of the ocean...

"Keith wait up!!", Hunk yelped as Keith ran down towards the ocean. "Why should I?", Keith said back and kept running with his small bucket and knife in hand. He soon made his way towards the ocean with Hunk and Pidge a panting mess. "I-should-work-out-more", Pidge panted out as she tried to catch her breath. "Well, we are here for a reason", Keith said as he looked over at the sea, his eyes filled with wonder. "But the villagers do not even come down here...", Hunk pointed out as he stared back at the houses that peeked over the small hills and trees. "Then they are missing out", Keith spat. Keith then started to peel of his shoes and socks as he got ready to enter the water. "Wait, you are going in?", Pidge asked. Keith nodded and placed his pail and knife next to it. The reason they were near the ocean at all is because Keith's dad wanted some fish for his birthday, but no one dares to come near the ocean. But Keith, being Keith, decided that his dad deserved some good food for all the things he has done for his son. "I am just going to swim around all right", Keith said as he put on some googles. "Just be careful", Hunk said. "I promise I will", Keith replied. Keith then charged towards the water and jumped right in. Once he opened his eyes he saw how big and vast it truly is. He then started to take in all his surroundings. There was a small coral reef filled with fish swimming and hiding in the rocks around it. There were also some dolphins coming and swimming in. Keith smiled to himself and started to swim towards the reef. Once he reached there, he heard a voice. "Who are you?", it asked. Even though Keith was in the water he still jumped at the sound. He turned around slowly only to be faced by a boy who looked around his age. He had brown coco colored skin and eyes and his eyes were blue like the ocean its self. Keith stared at the boy before his eyes started to glow. "I will repeat it, who are you?", the boy asked again, this time more stern. Keith just stared as the boys eyes then went pure white. They glowed like a lantern and soon Keith felt a strong gust of a wave. Keith started to panic. He started to kick but he was thrown into some near by rocks. "GAH!", Keith yelped. His mouth then started to fill with the water, it tasted salty and cold. "I hate you...", was the last thing Keith heard before he felt another strong wave which hit him against the rock once more.

"Keith, Keith, KEITH"

"Don't worry, I got this"

"What are you going to do?"

"Don't worry, I saw my dad do this"

"OW!", Keith snapped as he felt a pain on his cheek. "Sorry, you were not waking up and I got worried", Pidge replied. "Yeah but you did not have to slap him", Hunk whispered as he helped Keith up. "What happened?", Keith asked. "You don't remember?", Pidge asked. Keith shook his head. "Well, the ocean started to go crazy and the next thing we knew you floated back on shore and you were out cold", Pidge explained. Keith then remembered something. "THE BOY!", he screamed and shook himself from Hunk's protective grasp. "What the fuck dude, you did not have to scream so loud", Pidge muttered as Hunk chuckled. "I need to tell Allura, maybe she knows something", Keith whispered to himself. Before Pidge or Hunk could say anything, Keith had already grabbed his bucked and small knife and was running back to the village to see Allura.

"What do you want?", Allura spat once Keith ran into her office. Now, let me say, that Allura is not a very kind women. She hated most people and usually focused her time on reading old script and books about the boy of the world, or more importantly the boy of the ocean. "I saw a boy in the ocean!", Keith replied. "What were you doing near the ocean?!?!", Allura snapped and slammed the book she was reading on her desk. "I- Never mind this does not matter, anyways I want to know everything about the boy of the ocean!!", Keith replied and made his way towards Allura who hissed at him. "Why? You never showed much interest in him before", Allura said. "Well I saw him and-", "WHAT YOU SAW HIM!!??!", Allura screamed and grabbed Keith by the shoulders and shook him. "Yes!", Keith replied. Allura then stared at Keith, worry already clear in her eyes. "Don't you know what that means?!?!", Allura asked. Keith shook his head no and Allura started to scream things that made no sense. Allura then ran over to one of her bookshelves and started to rip them apart before she pulled out a single book with a blue cover. She then slammed in on the table and Keith jumped at the sound. She then started to flip through the pages until she finally found what she was looking for. "Here it is", Allura said and pointed at the script. Keith then started to read it.

The boy of the ocean drowned everyone that went towards his home. He killed many people, and if someone has seen him then the man and his home will die from his wrath.

Keith then turned to Allura who was biting her nails. "What does that mean?", Keith asked. Allura then turned to Keith, and stared at him. "This means he will kill everyone here".
