              "Morning mom" I said walking into the kitchen. "I made you guys breakfast. How did you two sleep? No hankypanky business going on right?" my mom assured. "MOM!!" I whined embarrassed. Will laughed then said "I can assure you its a no". "Well since you're a nice boy I trust you" my mom replied then brought over a plate of waffles. I ran over to the fridge to get some strawberries and whipcream, while Will grabbed the forks, knives and plates. "These are really good mrs. Roberts" Will said with delight devouring every piece of food on his plate. "Thanks Will, you can come over anytime." my mom smiled at him then went to wash the dishes. "My moms a sucker for people who compliment her cooking" I whispered. "I'm sure its also because of my stunning good looks and charms Kristin" Will joked while shaking his head. "You're so self centered" I joked. "Well you know its true" Will joked again. I rolled my eyes with a grin on my face then continued eating my breakfast. "Hey Kristin, I'm going out to get some groceries. I'll be back in a few." my mom called out. "Yea mom" I replied. 

              And with that, my mom left me and Will alone to finish our breakfast. "Soo.. about just now" Will brought up slowly. "What about- oh.."I replied slowly realizing he was talking about the kiss. Well almost-kiss. "Yea about that.." Will said with a small smirk on his face. "UHHH" I said trying to run. He grabbed my hand before I could escape. I stopped and didn't turn to look at Will hoping that he wouldn't bring it up. I mean I really like him.. but I don't wanna rush things. If I told him that, he'd probably think I didn't feel the same way.. Ugh. "I have to feed my dog" I exclaimed and started calling "OSCAR!" hoping my dog would come as quick as his little legs could carry him. "Kristin.." Will said slowly. I froze then slowly turned around with an uneasy look on my face. "I was going to-" Will said but he was cut off by the doorbell. "I'll get it" I said then walked over to the door. Quick save there whoever it was. 

               As I opened the door, it was Cassidy and Cole. "SURPRISE!" they said together. "We were bored so we decided to come here early" Cassidy said while inviting herself in. I shut the door after Cole entered then they walked into the kitchen where Will was. Oscar barked a few times as he has never seen Cole. "Oscar its okay. He's a friend" I said. Then Oscar went over to sniff Cole. We all laughed. "OOO waffles mind if we have some?" Cole asked. "Help yourselves to it" I said with a smile. Just then, Will remained quiet for a while then left the kitchen and walked outside. I followed him. "Will.." I said. He was on a phone call with someone. Probably his mom. "How's Brownie doing? Oh that's good. I'll be going out with some friends later so just letting you know. Love you mom bye." Will said, ending the call. He sounded kind of annoyed. He turned around but stopped when he saw me. He seemed pretty annoyed. 

              "Why did you try to change the topic?" Will asked bluntly. Before I could speak, he continued, "Do you not like me like that? Are you just shy? Why Kristin? Why?". I hesitated. I didn't know what to say. "Can we not talk about this?" I asked. "No Kristin. I want to know now." he told me firmly while holding my shoulders and looking into my eyes. "ok Will. I'll be honest. I don't like you that way." I said in a weak tone. Whenever I lie, I try to say things firmly but they turn out weak. I somehow have no control over it. I brushed his arms off which loosen their grips. I was hoping he would have noticed that and knew I was lying. I started to tear up. Seeing the expression on his face. He was hurt. "I'm sorry" I said as a tear ran down my cheek. I turned around and ran into my house and into my room. While passing by the kitchen, Cassidy called out, "Hey where are you-". Before she could finish there was a slam of the door. " I'd better go check on her" Cassidy told Cole. "I'll go check on Will" Cole replied.
