Hi5 Studios: TannerxReader (Lunch)

    You went into the office early this morning to get a head start on your editing for today. You were an editor for Rekt and this week would mark a whole year you'd been working at Hi5 Studios. You loved you job as it was fun everyday and all your coworkers became like your family.
    You sat down at your desk and started editing. A few hours passed and you were so into editing that you hadn't noticed that anyone had walked into the offices yet until someone tapped you on the shoulder.
     It was Paul, your best friend. You two had become really close when you first started working, as he was the one who trained you. He had become like a brother to you and you two always had a blast together.
    "Hey Y/N, I feel like I haven't seen you in a while" Paul said once I had turned around and faced him.
    "Paul I just saw you yesterday, you goof" you said as you ruffled his hair.
    "Yeah you're right but I still feel like I haven't seen you enough lately. Hey how about you come to lunch with me. I'll invite Tanner" he said while wiggling his eyebrows when he mentioned Tanners name.
      You've had a crush on Tanner pretty much since you had started working at Hi5 Studios. You didn't know what it was was but you had been drawn to him ever since your first conversation together. Other than Paul, Tanner was your closest friend at the office.
      "I'll go get ready to leave. How about you go ask Tanner if he wants to come to lunch with us." Paul said before winking and leaving my office.
       Tanners office was next to yours and when you walked in he was editing and didn't notice you so you decided to scare him. You came up behind him and gave him a huge bear hug and you felt him jump up out of his chair.
       "Y/N why did you do that?" Tanner asked while laughing.
       "I thought it would be funny. Plus I came in here to ask if you wanted to go to lunch with me and Paul" you asked him, hoping he would say yes.
       Instead of answering you he picked you up and threw you over his shoulders and walked out of the office into the parking lot before he put you down.
        " Tanner why did you do that" you asked.
  "Payback. Plus I wanted to ask you something" he answered.
          Before he could continue Paul came out and interrupted us.
          "Ok come on lovebirds, let's go to lunch" he said while laughing to himself and walking towards the car.
         You gave Paul a glare as you and Tanner started walking behind him.
        "So what did you want to ask me?" You asked Tanner almost concerned as you were hoping it wasn't going to be anything bad.
       "It can wait till after lunch, I'd rather not have an audience when I do it" Tanner said as he glanced over at Paul.
       All through lunch you were wondering what tanner wanted to ask you. You just hoped it was something good. The whole time you were in your own head that you didn't notice that Paul was trying to get your attention.
      "Y/N are you ok?" Paul asked. You looked over at Tanner and he had a concerned look on his face.
     "Yeah I'm fine, just thinking." Before anyone could say anything else you suggested that you should start heading back to the office.
      As the three of you left, Tanner walked back with you and crouched down gesturing for you to get on his back. You did as he ran past Paul to his truck.
     You had just pulled into the office parking lot before Tanner spoke up. Since Paul drove his own car back it was only you and Tanner.
      "So Y/N, I have something to ask you" he said as he grabbed your hand and looked into your eyes. "Ever since I first laid my eyes on you I knew that I had to make you mine. I'm sorry that it took me almost a year to do this but, Y/N will you be my girlfriend?" Tanner asked.
         "Of course Tanner, how could I say no to you." You said while pinching his cheeks.
          You and Tanner walked out of the car hand and hand, both of you with huge smiles on your faces.
