Erin is a normal seventeen year old until one day she gets a phone call....
Erin's pov:
"There will be no peaceful revolution no war without blood!" I answered my phone as I heard oli Sykes screaming out of it I didn't recognise the number but answered anyway, "hello? is this Erin McCarthy?" I chewed my lip at the voice filled with authority "errm... yes it is?" "well I'm sorry to inform you that your mother perished in a car crash earlier on today. I'm sorry for your loss." "thank you. good bye." I hung up letting my iPhone fall to my feet tears falling from my eyes. my dad walked into my room, obviously drunk, oblivious to my emotional break down "bitch where's your mom?! nobody's !made me food! bitch I'm talking to you!" as I continued to sob he slapped me, my face stung from the slap, I continued sobbing and didn't answer his question. he brought his fist down slamming it into my stomach, I fell to the ground curling up as he began to kick at me punching me in the face once as I dared scream out.. he left and walked through the front door, I heard it slam shut and began to pull myself up. I knew he'd be back for me.. I pulled my clothes out of the closet putting them into my large duffel bag, and I mean large! I once managed to zip my best friend Jeremy inside of it! but he's very short anyway.. I grabbed the mac book my mom bought me and shoved it inside, I got my chargers and iPod out of there places putting it into the bag to. I grabbed my favourite biker boots and pulled them throwing a pair of vans and my black Dr martins in after wards. I pulled on my leather jacket going outside walking to the nearest yet farthest park. it was the nearest year farthest because it was really far away from my house but it was the only one within two miles of my house. I pulled my phone out of my pocket phoning Jeremy. not knowing if he was on tour or playing a show I called him. sat on that cold bench in the middle of a deserted park at half ten in LA I listened to the dial tone waiting for him to pick up, wishing him to pick up.. see Jeremy is rhythm guitarist in a slightly known band named black veil brides. they only started out a few years ago so they are quite bit for a small local band. Jeremy is three years older than me but I've known him since I was 9 when he moved across the road from me. Jeremy has been through a lot with me, like when my mom became seriously depressed and my dad started abusing me, Jeremy didn't exactly have the greatest start in life either, his mom was an alcoholic and his dad died a few months after they moved. his mom came clean though, for him and his older brother, the dialling tone finally stopped it's stupid beeping and I heard Jeremy's voice across the line "hello? Erin is that you?" I sighed "hey jeremy." he sounded tired and muffled like he was half asleep "I haven't heard from you in ages erin! I've been so worried! I thought you were dead!" he sounded worried he really did... "Jeremy are you free right now? I mean like can you come and pick me up?" I heard shuffling like he was putting clothes on "yeah sure, where are you? at your house?" I mentally kicked myself for this "nope, I'm at the park on Clare avenue." I hadn't spoken to Jeremy in over a year and a half "I'll be there in about twenty minuets." He hung up and I sat there thinking about why I ignored him for so long....
*******flashback********
"Hi miss ferguson is Jeremy in?" She shook her head looking sad "oh Erin did he not tell you?" I shrugged "tell me what?" "Jeremy's going on your for three months around america, I'm sorry erin." I smiled and nodded "it's ok, I think he mentioned it must of just forgot!" he's left! and he never said goodbye....
