Final Mission: Avengers Infinity War fanfiction

Chapter 6

Kira looked at the ring in her hand once more, 'Ok, so how am I gonna do it?' She thought. "Sarah, I've known you since we were 6 and-no that's really bad." Kira groaned "What's wrong?" Steve asked, Kira got startled since she didn't hear him and dropped the ring, confused Steve picked it up.

"What's this?" He asked, "O-Oh...it's um..my ring!" She said, he raised his eyebrow "It's a proposal ring." Steve said and smiled when Kira dropped her head in defeat "Are you..planning on proposing to Sarah?" Kira nodded and smiled "Yes. I hope you don't mind." Steve laughed and ruffled Kira's hair "Of course I don't mind! This is amazing! How are you planning on doing it?" He asked, "That's the problem. I don't know how."

"Well, don't worry. After the battle, I'll get Bucky to help you work it out since he's the one who proposed to me."

"Are you yawning, while I'm talking about the plan? What's wrong with you?" Sarah sighed, "That's Drax Uncle Tony." She said, Tony rolled his eyes " They don't really listen." Quill said, Peter got a confused look on his face "Uh....what is it that they do again?" He asked, "Kick names, take ass." Mantis said. Sarah mentally face palmed herself "It's take names, kick ass Mantis." Sarah said, "We've been over this." She said. Mantis nodded "I said that." "No you didn't."

Sarah rolled her eyes, "Anyway about this plan of yours, I think it's good except it sucks. So let me do the plan and that way it might be really good." "Wow!" Tony and Quill began arguing and it made Sarah's head hurt, since they were also yelling in their minds. "Alright, everyone shut up!" Her loud command made everyone stop and look at her, "Remember Stark? When Pop is not here, I'm the captain. So I will come up with the plan."

Steve walked with Natasha and T'Challa to the barrier where two members of the black order were. Midnight touched the wall just as the three reached it, "I remember you." Midnight said to Steve, "Your daughter is a strong warrior, but she wasn't strong enough to fight me." Steve had to clench his fists to control his anger, he ended up smirking "I'm pretty sure Sarah would've ended up kicking your ass if I didn't intervene." He said.

Natasha chuckled, so did T'Challa. Midnight glared, and the five of them talked, "Did they surrender?" Bucky asked when Steve walked back to his side "Not exactly." He said. Kira sighed and looked around herself, all of their warriors and M'baku's warriors were lined up ready for battle, she then looked over at Steve and Bucky who were looking at the sky, 'No doubt, thinking about their sunshine.' She thought.

"What did they say Father?" She asked, when T'Challa came back to her side "The usual we will never surrender bit." He said, "Crap." She said. Midnight whistled and Kira could hear the sound of whatever landed near the border open it's doors and something large coming their way, when she saw what they were, she cursed.

"Not them..." she groaned, T'Challa, Steve, and Bucky all looked at her "You know what these things are?" Steve asked, Kira nodded "Sarah and I have never fought them, and it's a good thing too. These things will consume everything in their path." She said. The aliens were trying to get through the border resulting in some of them dying, "They are killing themselves." Okoye said, "Like I said...nothing will stop them." Kira said.

When some of them managed to get through, T'Challa ordered something in Wakandian. The border tribe made their way to the front and put up their shields and spears, he looked at Kira and nodded. Kira then ordered something else in Wakandian and they began shooting the aliens, Bucky was shooting them as well. Something caught Kira's eye and she immediately panicked "Father, some of them are going around! If they make it through we'll be defenseless." She said.

T'Challa nodded and sighed "There's only one thing to do then." He said, "We must open the barrier." Kira nodded, "This will be the ending of Wakanda." M'baku said, Okoye put on a serious face "Then let it be the noblest ending in all of history." She said.

Kira clenches her fist, her dark brown eyes glowing purple with energy, ready to turn invisible and create forcefields, T'Challa ordered something else in Wakandian and the border tribe stood up.

"Wakanda Forever!!!"

Thanos appeared and noticed Strange allowing the time stone to be visible and Sarah holding the reality stone in her palm. Sarah quickly turned the stone back to energy and the energy disappeared into her body. Strange closed the amulet again, "You led me here." Thano's said, Sarah shrugged "Well, would you have come here if we hadn't?" She asked, Thano's looked at her "You have confidence child, just like my daughter."

"Gamora is not your daughter." She growled, Strange looked around "This planet...it's yours right?" Thano's nodded "Yes." Sarah used the reality stone to show what this place used to look like "And it was beautiful too." Thano's looked around at the illusion, "But at the end it was destroyed cause no one listened to me..." Sarah looked down, oh how she knew that feeling.

Sarah shook her head, "But that still doesn't give you the right to start...destroying planets. It's not fair." She said, "Life...isn't always fair." Thano's said, "And yet you act like god." "Sometimes warriors have to have the strongest wills..." Strange stood up, "I think you'll find this team's will..." He created his magic "Equal!" Thano's looked up "Team?" Sarah used her magic to hold him down "Tony, now!" She yelled.

Tony pushed a huge rock onto Thano's and when Thano's broke free in rage, everyone knew that the fight was on.
